Technology Education For Today's Youth: TSA's Mission
The Technology Student Association (TSA) is a national, non-profit organization for middle and high school students with an interest in technology. Assisting TSA's diverse population of 200,000+ student members are educators, alumni, parents and business leaders. TSA offers competitions and programs, while providing information about becoming a technology teacher.
MEMBERSHIP
The common denominator for TSA members is an interest in technology and a desire to be a part of a national organization. TSA’s curriculum, competitive events, chapter programs and conferences provide academic and personal growth challenges to its members.
COMPETITIONS
TSA hosts more than sixty competitions that incorporate communications, construction, manufacturing, transportation, leadership and related technologies. TSA’s competitive events are aligned with standards for technological literacy.
CONFERENCES
TSA events occur at the local, state, regional and national level where members demonstrate their technology education knowledge and leadership skills. In June, the National TSA Conference takes place in a major city where thousands of members participate in a quality and exciting educational experience.
