If I die today, will you weep?
If I cry today, will you leave?
I knew where I was. Who I was.
But you have taken it away.
Let me go. Release your hold on me.
I was never yours to capture.
My mind, my sould, you ripped apart.
But you never could touch my heart.
Unchain your cuffs from around my arms.
Unstrap your silk wrapped round my legs.
Take away this blindfold from my eyes.
You have no right to own any part of me.
I cannot stand your puppet strings.
I cannot be her, that ghost from your past.
Undo my bonds and set me free.
I cannot be who you want me to be.
Why can't you say something? Speak to me.
I know you are there, haunting the shadows.
Where will this lead, this captivation?
Why must I be your next victim?
