Ways to Get Involved:
Talk to your principal or a teacher about creating a youth against racism group in your school.
Talk to students in your school about why racism is bad.
Put flyers up about our organization-getting people together for a similar cause is never a bad thing!
Be a role model to younger kids: let them see you being racially tolerant. It'll teach them that race doesn't matter.
Befriend someone you don't know. Not only will you get to know someone new but it can help you to cross racial barriers.
Why You Should Get Involved:
Racism and Prejudice have been the cause of many murders in the past decade. Getting involved can prevent future ones.
Hating someone because of their beliefs or skin color is wrong. You don't have to agree with their beliefs, you just shouldn't mock them for it. It's their basic right.
Getting involved and stopping racism will bring us closer to world peace. The fight begins with you.
People don't choose what they look like....just what they do with their lives. You can make someone happy by showing that you care.
