Saturday nite shockers band bio
Named and inspired by an 80s Saturday night horror
series, the Saturday Nite Shockers are Chuck Fears(vocals), Pat Fears(guitar), Steve Salcido(bass), and Josh Terror(drums).
On Halloween night, 2003, the Saturday Nite Shockers, a
local San Antonio band, played their first performance. Based on the crowd's wild reaction to
their dark lyrics and haunting sounds, the band
decided to pursue their love for music and continued
to perform throughout Texas.
The band has been influenced by bands such as Samhain,
AFI, Tiger Army, KISS, Faith No More, Iron
Maiden, The Smiths and The Cure.
The new album, which contains 16 songs, was recorded
and mixed at Edit Point Studios in San Antonio, TX
SNS plans on releasing the album later this year.
The band has shared the stage with big names such as Mad Sin (psychobilly legends from Germany), The Misfits, 45 Grave, The Independents, Calabrese, 12 Step Rebels, Zombie Ghost Train (Australia), and The Hellbats (France).
Dressed in black, Saturday Nite Shockers will continue
to haunt horror rockers with their screaming sounds of
terror...
