Latest news :
ESP cristmas party @ bones Bones night out :   On 10th January we had a fantastic night out at bones skate park in Stockport. Altogether 30 skaters and 8 adults (spectating and freezing!!) came on the trip. We were joined by 10 skaters from the wisdom skate team and their mates may of them pro or semi - pro, they were keen to show off their skills and expertise with our lads. We were lucky enough to have been given some fantastic raffle prizes donated by the Manchester skate shops: Exit donated a skateboard and T-shirts, Wisdom donated a T-shirt, video, stickers and other bits n' bobs, and Gary 'Woody' Woodward a hat and belt. We collected £58 on the raffle, so even made a small profit on the night, which sums up the willingness ,enthusiasm, and generosity that people will give to a worthwhile cause such as our. Thanks go out to all who helped out and made the night happen.

Workshop :   We held a workshop on 14th January at Eccles library, thanks to all who attended, the lads were able to watch the unedited video and see photos of the bones night out, they also got into groups and discussed what they wanted in their skate park, this was very successful and they came up with some good and very sensible ideas (not just 600ft ramps!!!). all the ideas from the meeting will be used in preparing a business plan for the future.

Fundraising :   Applications for funding will be sent of very soon, so it is very important that we know where the money will be going, and exactly what well need in the future. further developments will appear on this page and at meetings.

Other news:   Joe Gallagher has been asked to keep some of the 'top' people in sports development/arts and leisure up to date with ESP'sprogress, and on Tuesday 4th Feb. is visiting bones skate park in Bolton with Tricia Bartlett, who is something to do with strategies? They have an appointment with the manager, and she wants to do a business plan, so lets hope that goes well. Joe is also going to meet the 360 skaters in Worsley to see how they are getting on.
