Reunion in Missouri
Over Memorial Day weekend, I went to Independence, Missouri to visit my oldest, dearest friends, Tiffany, Stephanie and Brittany. We've known each other almost our whole lives, and our friendship has endured more years apart than we've had together. They moved 9 years ago, and this is the first time I'd seen their house.
The trip to Independence is about 8 hours, and I made it with another friend of Tiffany's. There were three of us in the car: Jeni, her daughter, Mickey, and me. Despite the length, the trip wasn't bad and Mickey was an absolute angel the whole way there and back.
It was great being reunited with the gang and reminiscing. Shoots and Ladders and Candyland have never been so much fun!
