• Jared's Movie of the Week!
  Planes, Trains, and Automobiles (1987)
  Starring John Candy and an incredible comedic performance by Steve Martin, this movie came back as a vengence in my top favorite comedies after seeing it for a Midnight Movie. Forgetting this was an 80's John Hughes film, I quickly realized how great this movie was after learning that fact, and listening to dialouge I never had in years, only seeing this movie on TBS and such. Beleive me folks, don't hesitate to buy this movie. It follows Martin as business man Neal Page, who after missing a plane to Chicago for Thanksgiving, has to find alternative means of transportation home. Here, he meets overweight pig Del Griffith, played by dead John Candy (god rest his soul), a Shower Ring salesman who takes Neal on an icredible trip of follies, troubles, and enlightenment. in great John Huges fashino, has a great soundtrack, great dialouge, and lots of one liners to quote forever. this movie is so good, I'm going to watch it now.

  Travis - The Invisible Band
  One of the few cd's I can listen to straight through. The first track, Sing, creates so much energy in me, I like to listen to it when I have a big event coming up. Makes me just happy. Also check out Side, and its kick ass video, and Pipe Dreams and Flowers in the Window. great finishes with Afterglow too. Check this shit OUT!
