This is so simple it hardly needs a recipe, but so good I want the whole world to try it.

So world, get ready.

PISTACHIO SALMON

Ingredients:
Red salmon steaks 2

(this is for a night when the kids are out)

Pistachio nut meats 4 ounces
Butter (no substitutes please) ¼ pound

Preparation:

Chop the pistachio very fine.

Melt the butter in a small skillet.
Turn off the heat immediately when the butter is melted.
Stir in the pistachio.

Place the salmon on a sheet of aluminum foil.
Turn the edges up to save dripping.
Slather the butter/pistachio over the steaks.

Bake in at 450°F for 15 minutes or till the salmon just turns flaky.

I like this served on Basmati rice with a bright colored vegetable
and a good bottle of chardonnay.

    Have a Great evening.
