This is so simple it hardly needs a recipe, but so good I want the whole world to try it. So world, get ready.
(this is for a night when the kids are out)
Preparation: Chop the pistachio very fine. Melt the butter in a small skillet. Turn off the heat immediately when the butter is melted. Stir in the pistachio. Place the salmon on a sheet of aluminum foil. Turn the edges up to save dripping. Slather the butter/pistachio over the steaks. Bake in at 450°F for 15 minutes or till the salmon just turns flaky. I like this served on Basmati rice with a bright colored vegetable and a good bottle of chardonnay.
MORE NEW RECIPES !! Including a great Pumpkin Pie for the holiday season and Lasagna to die for. Just a note of thanks to all of you good people for your delightful comments and suggestions. Keep them coming. This is fun.
