WHY:

This site was setup in response to the growing concerns of Carriage Hill Residents.  This is a place where we the residents can come and freely discuss topics amongst each other.  Sawyer management and it's property managers are encourage to participate freely in these discussions.

Information is the key, sharing it with the people we live with is vital.  You are all my neighbors, and I am yours.  The tighter we stick together, the better off we will be.  The saying goes: safety in numbers.  Lets keep our community safe, and keep management committed to serving us in a decent, timely, respectful manner.

RULES:

Any post to this group that is threatening to anyone, offensive, or vulgar in any, will be removed or edited at my discretion.  No questions asked.  You should know that I am fairly conservative so keep that in mind when making your posts. However, I am also a resident who knows the frustration that we deal with.  Basically, keep it civil folks and we should do just fine.

ABOUT THE SITE CREATOR:

I setup this site after coming home disgusted with the lack of progress and the attitudes of Sawyer Management employees from the community security meeting held on July 31st.  At this time, I will not post my real name and or address for fear of reprisal from Sawyer Management.

I am a resident, and your standard average working class person who believes that we all deserve the right to be treated fairly and with respect.  And our actions towards other people and property must reflect the same ideal! You give respect, you get respect.  Somewhere we have to wipe the slate clean, and start fresh by putting old anger aside so that we can work towards a better environment with the people who are responsible for it.

Depending on how this site does, and the response of management, I may come forward in the future with my identity.  If you wish to contact me directly you can email me here

FINAL THOUGHTS:

It's important for each and every one of us to get out there and get to know our neighbors.  Wether it is that kid with the loud stereo, or it's the elderly lady on the second floor or the guy who drives like a maniac through the parking lot.  Every one of these beautiful people is a son, a daughter, a co-worker, a neighbor and we all have at least one thing in common.  RENT!  The sense of community comes from knowing those around you.
