Please , Please , Please do not complain to management when you see garbage on the property. I have seen many of my fellow neighbors putting their garbage in front of their patio door, and then want to complain about the mice problem (or even roaches)in their unit. I have also seen dogs being walked without leashes and the dog is allowed to go to the bathroom where people have to walk or park! I think those who complain the most need to turn the mirror on themselves.
