This community, our home, is what we make it. We are partially responsible for the way it looks. I for one am tired of having to clean up after those who are too lazy to do so for themselves. Nearly empty dumpsters, yet someone is too lazy to lift the lid and put their trash bags where they belong. If I had a penny for every piece of trash I've picked up in the past 5 years...... Especially in the past year that I've noticed a downfall. Why? Good question. We've been voicing our options, problems, concerns about Management etc. but we have to also take a good look at ourselves. We've added to some of the problems being brought up. The trash, broken benches etc. I'm not saying let up on Management, I'm just saying that we need to hit ourselves just as hard. One comment I use at work when someone leaves a mess is, "you're not at home." Seeing the way some people are here, maybe they are, maybe that's exactly the way they are at home. I sure hope not.
