I bet the people at Sawyer are padding their pockets and letting the local management who they probably pay moderately take the heat... Not to let local management off the hook... but I wonder how much of a profit margin is left at the end of the month and of that amount how much goes back to Sawyer and how much goes back into the property? Sawyer needs to understand that profits can be realized if they have happy tenants... Maybe not immediately... But, I haven't heard any tenant yet ask for anything outrageous or unjustified... I just want agreements acted on and peace of mind...
