A Little About MyselfMy name is Michael Henson. I've been living in or around St. Louis, Missouri since the summer of 1996. Prior to moving here, I was raised in Hamilton, Illinois and I attended college in Carlinville, Illinois. My career:I am currently working as a computer science instructor at Missouri Technical School and a programmer/systems analyst for the United States Postal Service. In my professional career, I have done software development work for CyberSource Corporation, MasterCard International, Cerner Citation, NaviSys, and Southwestern Bell. My education:I graduated in 1996 from Blackburn College with a B.A. in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics. (Yes, I said Mathematics. I'm serious!) In 1998, I received a graduate certificate in Distributed Systems from Webster University. As of January 2001, I am a Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform. And not that anyone cares, but I graduated from Hamilton High School in Hamilton, Illinois in 1992. My life:What little time remains after work is usually spent programming, making music, playing games, and several other things that may eventually get their own pages, too. |
