Kristi grew up in Lake Tahoe, NV where she worked as a blackjack dealer to help pay for her college education. Kristi attended the University of Southern California where she graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Soon after, with her broker's license in hand, Kristi started investing in real estate and now owns two residential properties by the beach in Santa Monica, CA. Kristi expanded her investments and is currently a partner and co-owner of the trendy new restaurant, Juliano's RAW in Santa Monica.

What is your definition of "success"? Success comes from having a passion for what you do and continually improving and learning those lessons that deepen that determination to your goals. Dedication to a single goal is probably the most important measure of success and one's ability to reach it.

Who do you admire most (personally and/or professionally)? I admire courage, drive and dedication to reaching huge accomplishments. I strive to reach those things for myself and helping to support others to do the same.

What cartoon character do you most relate to and why? I would love to fly like Superman, of course.
