What is your definition of "success"? Everyone has a different definition of success. My definition of success is balancing being happy in your personal life (family life, raising a family, marrying your soul mate) and being happy and secure in your profession. If you are not happy at either one in your life than you are always going to try and achieve success. Money can be success but being happy in the way that you make money and your career is what eventually leads to the money. And if you have found that soul mate, than being in love and growing together and building a family and future together is what compensates for the low income in the beginning. Rome wasn't built in a day and the person that may build your family life while you build your financial, is the best match for having personal success.

Who do you admire most (personally and/or professionally)? I admire my father the most. This is a man that continues to work hard every day to provide my family with a nice life. Starting my own company was very difficult and my father had been through everything that I was going through so he and I could relate. He also balances his personal life and was always around for my team sports or taking my brothers and I to the show or anything that we wanted to do. It is not easy balancing personal and business life together, especially if you own your own business and both are your life. My father has achieved success not through financial prosperity, but through dedication to his job and his family and sacrificing everything to achieve this balance. This is someone successful because he can show a lot more than other people can, a job that supports his family and a close family that love and support each other........Success

What cartoon character do you most relate to and why? I think that I relate most to Durk the Daring, from Dragon's Lair. This is a man who is trying to rescue the beautiful princess from the claws of the huge dragon in the lair. As he travels through the castle, he is unaware of the all of the dangers that await him but he is also not scared. Even though he might get burned, stabbed, chased, cut, wet, bit, clawed, or any other creature encounter, he never loses sight of his goal nor gets scared to face the next challenge. Yes, he sometimes is bumbling around the castle and looks like a jackass, but he always conquers the quest, and thus giving him the name Durk the Daring.

In real life, I can relate to these huge tasks that test my skill, but at the end of the day, no matter the challenge, I always muddy my way through to the end. And at the end of my quest are the treasures of properties. I may not look the sharpest (like the other knights) but I am never afraid of the challenge or quest that is unattainable, I always move forward.
