Knight
An armor clad warrior whose duty is to defend the Realms. They are very disciplined fighters who obey a strict code of conduct. The privilege to be knighted is only opened to an elite group of warriors who have followed the code of chivalry all their lives and prove their loyalty and dedication to the kingdom. The use of magic is not allowed in this order of knights.

Rangers
A ranger is a person who is one with nature and animals. Most rangers take up the bow and arrow as their weapon of choice. They prefer to live in the forest in solitude, thus making this class the least charismatic group for their lack of social skills. Some also develope the ability to communicate with animals, but it takes years to acquire this special ability.

Priest/Priestess
A priest is a holy being who performs weddings, is a giver of blessings, and performs other such ceremonies. They are also the only class who can possess the rare gift of resurrection. They live in the chapels scattered throughout the continent and they also have a slight awareness of the defense and healing magic.

Mage

Rogue
A rogue is traditionally a thief or pickpocket. Most rogues are also skilled stealth warriors and assassins. Some have a natural sense of navigation for the sea and are often pirates. Altogether they are a bar-loving bunch who will be just as skilled as a veteran warrior. Thieves also can reside in guilds dedicated to their pilfering talents.

Beast Warrior
A beast warrior is a human with the ability to morph back and forth between human presence and animal presence. They can morph into any animal or monster class that they are born into, but they are limited to only that animal/monster class. This is the only class that can technically be considered a dual class. In human form, the character can manifest the attributes of one of the other above specified classes but cannot advance into any form of leadership in that class.

Citizens
All citizens reside in the villages scattered throughout the realms. They can own shops or farms. They are not warriors, unless called upon to fight (which rarely happens), in fact, the warriors are to defend these people. They sell good products and also provide the realms with food and equipment.

Dark Lords/Ladies
Truly the evil of the lands, these people are the enemies of the realm. They can be human, inhuman, or creatures and it wouldn't be a surprise to have them attack occasionally without notice.
