Alone I sit in solitude
One by one, tear drops after tear
My heart feels so broken
It's more than I can bear
Just memories as i sit and stare.
No one hears me as I cry
My soul so empty, so dark and cold
No sounds, no hellos, no good-bye
No arms to hold me as i weep
The darkness overshadows my soul
Watching young couples, so deeply in love
It's something I yearn for
Forever thinking of
Am I the only one to feel so alone?
Just wanting that someone to call my own?
