On wed page 4 you will find my medical records for the pelvis pages 1 & 2, and my pscyh evals, both for the sleep study, and the 3 different diagnosis that I received, Delusionar Disorder Grandios Type, Paranoid Schizophrenia, and Bipolar disorder, which is because I would go back and forth between positive and negative thoughts.
