RSTA as a rule is a clan in itself. We cannot be classified as anything else, as we are not affiliated with JAGEX.ltd. Though, we do like to think of ourselves as something more, and we are. As the RSTA all of runescape's trade and commerce revolves around us. We use our armed forces to maintain the peace and supervise all inter-clan business. The RSTA retains the right to remain neutral in any clan wars and any attempt to encroach upon our 'land' or business will be dealt with, with extreme prejudice.

Anyway, we welcome all possible applicants with open arms and applications should be made here or in the game at one of our outposts in every major villiage or city in RuneScape, where you will be fitted out with all your initial equipment.
