This is a simple, experimental home page designed for my friends and family who want updates but are tired of waiting for a phone call from me, or can't reach me (happens a lot). And maybe even a few lost friends will find me...

Birth Year: 1978
High School: Snohomish High School (1996 was the year I was supposed to graduate--oops), and AIM High School (graduated 1998)
College: Everett Community College (one quarter) and Bellingham Technical College (2002 graduate, degree in Administrative Assistance and certificate in Medical Office Reception)
1998:Moved to Bellingham after one quarter at Everett Community College. Lived with the parents and my daughter, Julia (she was 2 at the time...wow, that was a while ago...). Got a job at Crazy Mike's Video and made some money.
1999: Made some more money. Umm...worked a lot.
2000: Enrolled at Bellingham Technical College. Made some friends. Decided to stay in Bellingham (much nicer than Monroe--goodbye traffic!!).
2001: Met my boyfriend, Jon, at the Bellingham IHOP (an exciting place to meet someone, let me tell you). Julie started Kindergarten (*weep*)
2002: Graduated BellTech with a 3.65 GPA (gee, that's a little higher than my freshman year of high school average of 0.77). Moved in with Jon. Got a sweet job as an administrative assistant (that's slang for "overworked secretary") at a local metal manufacturing shop. Bought my first car!
2003: Worked and worked and worked...Julia started 2nd grade and is into horses (her room is covered with all sorts of posters and pictures of them!!!)
2004: My job is closing down in July...Starting a new one in August, same type of work. Should be fun. Still living in our tiny apartment, want out BAD! Not looking too hard for a new one, though, maybe that's my problem! :)
2005: We found a rental house!! Yay, no more super-small apartment! It's a nice house on some land, surrounded by trees. Not anywhere near the freeway, so it's actually quiet at night (something we had to get used to :) ). More room for our stuff (especially Jon's music equipment), and no one will ever steal our parking space!! 2005 part 2: We're buying a house! It's by the bay, very pretty. Even bigger than our rental house! I'll post pictures when I get the chance (and providing the sale doesn't "fall through" :))...2005 part 3: We're engaged!! Jon proposed on August 27th after we ate dinner at IHOP (where we first met)! The ring is gorgeous and I am so happy...The wedding will be October 21, 2006. Will be posting pictures soon...:)
