About Me

Up

First, a little about myself.  My name is Kevin,  I am 27 years old, and I live in Staunton, Virginia.  I have been married since 2001 to Jennifer, and we have a daughter named Audrey.  She was born on April 14, 2003.

My first love is music.  I have been writing, performing, and recording music for most of my life.  I play several instruments including guitar and singing.  I love Jazz, Rock, Blues, Metal, Alternative, Modern, and many other genres of music.

I graduated from Eastern Mennonite University in 2000 with a B.S. degree in Congregational and Youth Ministries.  This is also where I met my beautiful wife and so many of my closest friends.

I am now enrolled in the Post-Graduate Teacher Licensure program through Mary Baldwin College's Adult Degree Program.  While finishing the program, I teach sixth grade science on the SONICS team at Shelburne Middle School in Staunton.

I attend St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Staunton where I am closely involved in the Open Door contemporary worship as a music leader as well as undertaking many other duties.

I am pursuing a dream of opening a local community center which offers food, live music, fellowship, and refuge to a forgotten generation, the ones who have fallen through the cracks and missed out on a real relationship with Jesus Christ.
