Chai is basically black tea brewed with selected spices and milk.
Combinations of the following spices are used in Joyce's Chai:

Aniseed, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cumin, Fennel Seeds, Ginger, Gur, Jaggery, Mace, Nutmeg, Peppercorns, Poppy Seeds and Saffron - not all of these are used in every blend. If you have special preferences, please let us know at the time of ordering!
