The MCW-X management regrets the failures it has endured in the past. It was extremely difficult to run the federation at those times. However, the current RWF management team has given Memnock's Handler, John, better ideas about running the MCW-X, such as waiting two weeks before posting a card in order to give ourselves enough time to write up a card. We here at the MCW-X currently are entertaining plans of re-opening our federation within the next two months. We hope that you will give our team another chance to prove just how entertaining of an internet federation we can be.
