Vega was born in Spain on July 27, in 1967. He is skilled at climbing, and at Aim with his trusted weapon.
He loves himself and other beautiful things, as well anything that appeals to him. A high sense of attraction, and Heightened abilities due to his skills being practiced everyday.
He hates uglyness, and the unprettier things.
He treasures his looks, and within civillian life he is labeled a "Heartbreaker".
He is bloodthirsty, and demented at some times, when he isnt a Charming, Seductive individual. His fighting style is a combination
of ninjitsu, bullfighting, and claw fighting.
Vega is from a Spanish noble family, but they lost everything they had- money, mostly.
His mother married another nobleman however, for his money, not his looks. As he grew, Vega
learned bullfighting, a tradition in his family.
His grandfather was the most famous of the Bullfighters of Spain, so he decided to give it his best.
He went to Japan and learned ninjitsu, a style he believed meshed well with his natural grace and agility.
A combination of techniques with his trusted "Claw" would disable just about anything, or kill it.
Combining bullfighting with ninjitsu, Vega went into the underground cage
fighting circuit, and quickly became one of the best.
He had taken the lives of many, and left the cage living-and lapping the blood from the metallic claw that he uses.
His stepfather murdered
his mother because he felt she didn't respect him, and Vega killed him in
return.
The incident damaged his mind, scarring him for life. The event shocked him, but made his feelings numb. His regard for life-numb.
He developed a dual personality:
honourable nobleman by day, sadistic-masked killer by night.
