The Circle of Light and Love Church

My life processes are stamped from the renewing youth giving ideas and I AM eternally young. I eat only the foods required for a healthy youthful body. My perfect weight is [. . .] and I give thanks for that perfect weight.

I AM youthful graceful and healthy. My appetite is under the direction of spirit and I do not overeat. My appetite is satisfied through spirit. I am young, strong, healthy. My body knows it, my body shows it.

I am young because I am perpetuating the youth ideas in my body. My life comes new every moment from the the infinite source of life. I Am new every morning, fresh every evening because I live and move and have my being in Him who is the source of all life.

I AM constantly renewed, constantly refreshed. Through Christ my brain cells are rejuvenated. My mind is keen alert and intelligent.

I AM always young, strong, buoyant, in the truth of my being. I AM Divine and Divine principles cannot age. God's life has perfect expression in the circulation through my veins and arteries.

I AM fresh and youthful, rested and relaxed. I think young, feel young, act young and look young for I AM truly Spirit.
