General Information About This Topsite
This is a website voting site which features websites which care about their communities, and the people around them. It is about compassion, caring, support, and hope.
The websites accepted here deal with family violence, child abuse, domestic violence, suicide, parent abuse, elderly abuse, illnesses and diseases, disability, loss of loved ones, murdered family members, patriotic and love of country, helping people build websites, create graphics, offering free tools and graphics, etc. All websites which take a stand on issues we all care about are welcome to join this website listing. All websites must be approved by me for placement in this Topsite. No vulgar, obscene, porn, violent, hateful, or grotesque websites will be approved to join. I accept only family friendly websites.
Gifts and Awards
I will be sending out appreciation gifts around Christmas time to let you all know how much I appreciate your participation. I will also try to send other holiday gifts out to all of you as I am able to.At the end of the year, a special award will be given to the top website of the year. I will make a special gift for the site which holds the number 1 position more then 6 months out of the year. The most recent year Top Site Winner of the yearwill be named at the top of the page. Awards have been made a bit smaller so I will be able to post the most recent award winner on the tops of the page. Previous winners will be posted at the bottom of topsite pages.
Keep one thing in mind, the awards are just for fun. They are not the primary focus of this topsite.

Banners
I will make banners for any website which does not have one; one gets lost and isn't working; or if anyone just would like something new. My goal is to keep this topsite functioning while giving everyone an equal advantage and placement. I want access to all websites to be easily maintained while making this topsite look nice to those who visit.
I will inform you of bad links and banners not working. Links I can do little about except have you check your site and try to fix it at your end. Banners I can fix.
I am keeping a back up of all members' banners. If it gets lost or quits working, I will just reconnect it using the link to the backup file.
I want want to make this fun and helpful while building your website traffic without a lot of headache. Making things run smoothly is my goal.
Graphics Tools I Use
As many people know who work with graphics, it is hard sometimes to remember each and every time you make something where a certain tube or tool comes from. I will say this now, I use other people tubes, frames, and other tools when I create my graphics.
Rather then trying to remember each time, I have constructed a complete graphics list. The list contains every website where I have gotten tools of all kinds and lists some very talented artists.
