To IC or not IC

IC or not IC: That is the question.
Wheter tis better for the mind to suffer
the wait and inactivity of outrageous boredom
Or to get up and do something with yourself
And by opposing boredom? to wait; to suffer;
No more; and by boredom we say we end
The waste of time and energy
That mind is heir to, tis a consummation
Devoutly to be wish'd. To wait, to suffer;
to suffer: perchase to RP; aye, there's the rub;
For in that wait for activity what RP may come
when we have shuffled off this OOC coil
Must give us life; there's the respect
That makes boredom out of so long OOC;
For who would bear the whips and scorns of EW
The twink's wrong, the proud RPer's contumely
The pangs of dispised SLs, the rules debate
The insolence of characters and the flaws
That patient merit of the unworthy takes,
When he himself might his quietus fake
With a bare assasin? Who would boredom bear,
To grunt and sweat under a OOC life,
But that the dread of something dumb IC,
The undiscover'd country from whose bourn
No RPer returns, puzzles the will
And makes us rather bear those ills we have
Than try the others that we know not of?
Thus conscience does make cowards of us all;
And thus the native hue of resolution
Is sicklied o'er with the pale cast of thought,
And players of great wit and background
With this regard their characters turn away,
And lose the name of action.--Off too now!
I will leave ya! Real life, without IC
Be all my whims remember'd.
