Other Features: Has the following Tattoo’s - 1) A Tattoo of a blue scimitar facing outward from his body on his left arm, {this is a Tahari Kavar Tribal tattoo}; 2) Two Tattoo’s, {one on each cheek over the cheek bone}, these Tattoo’s are words written in Taharic script; and 3) A Tattoo of Tahari words written in the Taharic script on his forehead. 4) A tattoo of a black hand with a black dagger on the center of the chest and 5) Tattoo of a black dagger on the right forearm, extending inward toward the body.

Special Skills: He is a very experienced fighter, especially with his weapons of choice -
Scimitar, Sleeve Dagger, Bola and Whip Knife - a skill he has mastered. He also has a fairly extensive knowledge of the different cultures and peoples of Gor.

He speaks and reads the Gorean and Kaiila languages and of course he reads the written
tongue of his people, Taharic.

Clothing: Generally wears a Free Man’s Tunic, Pants, Tharlarion boots, and a richly engraved leather belt. He sometimes will substitute a Burnoose for the tunic and, rarely, will wear an Agal and Kaffiyeh. Generally, he simply ties his hair into a ponytail.

Personal Wealth: As a Slaver, and a successful provider of high quality Fighting Slave’s, he amassed enough money that he is considerably wealthy. This does not include the money he earned as an Assassin, which in and of itself, was considerable.

Personal History: Kane was born to a wealthy family in the city of Kasra, to the Kavar Tribe of the Tahari Desert. His Father, Krenar, a Merchant, traded a wide range of merchandise as far as the North and into the lands of the Wagon People. His Mother, Liliana, was a Free Kavar Woman. At the age of 11, when his father was deeply in debt, he apprenticed him to a Slaver. During his apprenticeship, he was taught additional combat skills beyond that taught to him by his Uncle Nahsah Kailiauk, a half blooded red savage and Kavar.

Being a quick learner, he had learned his trade and was on his own as a Slaver who dealt only in Fighting Slaves, when he received an urgent summons home, back to the city of his birth in the Tahari Desert.

When he arrived home he found his father on his death bed, and was given the news that his Mother had died 2 years earlier and his Brothers had died in feuds and petty wars between the kavar and other Tahari Desert tribes. His father died not long after, leaving him all that he owned.

With nothing to hold him, he sold all his families possessions, keeping only a few items, among these his scimitar, a family sword that had been passed down, father to son, for 4 generations. He was 19 when he left the Tahari for the 2nd time.

For the next 6 years he traveled all over Gor, going from city to city, town to town, any place that had an arena where his slaves could fight. It was at the end of this six years that he was approached by an Assassin, who made him an offer to join the Black Caste. An offer, which, after some thought, he accepted.

He then spent the next year in training, his combat and survival skills already honed, it did not take him long to reach the point where he was ready for the final test of the Black Caste, Which he passed.

Upon his passing this test, he was taken to the Guild Master who gave him an un-usual assignment, to resume his profession as a Slaver, as he was before, that the Guild would contact him from time to time with missions ranging from assassination to spying.

So, for the next 6 years he again traveled Gor, far and wide, even going as far North as the place of the Northmen, taking his Fighting Slaves from City to City, from town to town, where they fought and died in Gladitorial bouts all over Gor. And during this time he led a double life, not only being a slaver and reknowned provider of Fighting Slaves for the Arena, but also spying and assassinations as his assignments were given to him.

At the age of 31 he found himself back in the Tahari desert where he came upon a Warrior, preparing himself, with a few comrades, for battle, a battle in which they were badly outnumbered. Weary of the road, he remembered a favorite saying of his now long dead Uncle, "Today is a good day to die. " With a grin, he got off his horse and offered his fighting slaves, who numbered 60, their freedom if they stood and fought alongside him and the arrogant, courageous Warrior who he felt drawn to follow, in the fight that was to come. His Slaves leapt at the chance.

What followed was a battle of truly epic proportion. Even with the additional 61 well armed, experienced fighters, the group was still outnumbered 10 to 1 when the battle was joined. At the days end, hours after the battle had begun, their enemies lay dead or dying, and of the 87 warriors who had fought so bravely, only 9 remained.

Kane then asked his Guild Master if he could join this Man, Will, in building a new city at the edge of the Tahari Desert and the base of the Voltai Mountains. The permission was granted. The next 4 years passed building that City and once it was finished it was a thing of Wonder. The Greta City Hesa-Nykus. Since that time, after the traitor whose name may not be spoken was driven off, he has served as Ubar Willing’s First Sword.
