Welcome to The Arches of
Gor. This site of learning was founded by Ubar Willing of Hesa-Nykus
to welcome those new to Gor and to offer those wishing to learn a chance
to learn in an environment of peace and safety. In this institution
of learning, trolling/captures/killing and assassinations are not condoned
or permitted. The recognized Homestones in Excite Gor are linked to
this page to allow students the freedom to visit each Homestone to determine
where they are comfortable. |

Each citizen
who is in attendence must abide by the laws of The Arches of Gor. Failure
to abide by these laws, will result in permanent Banishment. In the
event that the banished member resides in a recognized Home Stone, it
may result in banishment of the members HomeStone from The Arches for
an indetermined length of time. |

Laws To all Goreans
2. Students are under the protection of Hesa Nykus and the Allies of The Arches. 3. Appropriate conduct is expected at all times from Goreans not attending the Arches. Remember You represent Your Home Stone here and the impression You leave on the students will assuredly reflect on their decision of where they will make their Home when they leave The Arches. 4. There is to be no active recruitment of students prior to their reaching a certain level in their training. This includes when they visit Your Home Stone. This insures the student receives the appropriate amount of instruction to be comfortable and able to function happily in Gor. It also insures the Home Stones that if Citizens, and slaves seek their Home that they come with a certain level of training and understanding and are choosing Your Home for they truly wish to be there. 5. If You do not see Your Home Stone mentioned in the recognized list, it is because We do not recognize You. In order to receive recognition You must present Your case for such to Ubar Will. As Founder of this site, He is the only One who can decide who is recognized. 6. Allies and Ubars of
recognized Home Stones will meet monthly with Ubar Will to discuss
ideas for the Arches, sponsoring of new Home Stones and any other
issues pertaining to The Arches. Student Laws First and foremost, this
is an institution of learning, to help those truly interested in the
path of Gor. If you are not truly interested, leave now for you waste
your time and O/ours not to mention the time of your fellow students!
1. A statement you will hear in Gor is real time comes first. This is a true statement… however an honest commitment is not only expected but demanded. If at any time it is felt you are not giving such it can result in suspension and possible expulsion from the Arches. An expulsion is not just an expulsion from the Arches… but from Excite Gor! So tread wisely and be sure of your heart before you step on the path. 2. While the Arches is the learning site for the new, it is also meant to be a place of peace and fun. Students are welcome here when not in a scheduled training, for it is truly the students Home till they reach a level of training which allows them to choose a Homestone. 3. Peace in Gor comes with a price. In order to ensure this peace is kept. All students will automatically report any attempt at recruitment, to the onsight Master in Charge and post a message for Master Will. Failure to do so will result in an automatic suspension, and an appearance before Master Will. 4. During off training hours, Masters in training and kajiras in training are allowed to gather in the Main Hall, to discuss the day and practice their role in Gor. Be warned, their will be unscheduled mock raids/ captures performed by Masters of the Allied Homestones. These are done so A/all can experience the reality of Gor. 5. There will be scheduled Arena battles, dance contests, mock kolerings and Free companion ceremonies. These are likewise done so the students of the Arches will truly come to know, understand and love the path they have chosen. Times will be posted on the Events Board located in the Arches. Student participation in scheduled events is required but is not mandatory in the event of real time conflicts. 6. Once a certain level of training has been attained, students will be allowed free travel to the recognized/ Allied Home Stones to the Arches. These Home Stones are aware of the censure against recruitment, however the law applies here as well, any recruitment will be reported by message to Master Will. Failure to follow the law will result in automatic suspension and an appearance before Master Will. 7. Travel to non recognized Home Stones is forbidden under all circumstances. A violation will result in Immediate suspension from the Arches of Gor and non recoginition as a Gorean under any name in Excite Gor. 8. Once a satisfactory level of training has been attained students will be notified that they may begin to actively search for a Home Stone. Training is an ongoing process, but once that level of training has been achieved it will be up to the student whether they wish to continue. Even if pledged to a Home Stone they may continue to train in the Arches.
