Also, because of his human blood, InuYasha becomes fully human on the night of the new moon. Though, the morning's light returns him to his hanyou state. Another consequence of being a hanyou is that InuYasha can also become a full youkai as well. Although, Tetsusaiga keeps his youkai blood under control, loosing the sword will cause the blood to surface and turn InuYasha into a youkai.
.:Personality:. Quick tempered, uses rude language, arrogant but very thoughtful and emotional (although he seldom shows it to others). He has many inner conflicts, one of them is feeling responsible for Kikyou's death. He also doesn't quite know how to express his feelings for Kagome.
