Vernea Output:, you may have only one.
Vernea Turbine - A basic engine that generates energy with the power of vernea's force. Must be refilled between flights (can support 1 beam weapon and 1 missile bank along with a shield ) .5 ton costs 500 gil
Vernea Reactor - Heavy, but supplies unlimited power. Never needs to be recharged. ( can support up to 2 beam weapons and 3 missile banks along with a shield) 1 tons costs 2,000 gil
Omega Drive - A generator that creates massive amounts of power, but drains itself quicker than it can produce. It must recharge after flight for one day. (can support up to 3 beam weapons and 4 missile banks, along with a shield ) 2 tons costs 1,500 gil
Plasma Generator - Fueled by plasma, this super heated reactor is incredibly powerful. Never needs to be recharaged. (Can support 5 beam weapons and 9 missile banks along with a shield generator)3 tons costs 6,000 gil
Lazarus System - Its big and technicial. Only gundams can support this system. Never needs to be recharged. 5 tons ( can support 6 beam weapons and 12 missile banks, along with a shield) costs 11,000 gil
Thrusters:
Air Turbine - basic engine for maneuvering, not very fast, incapable of interplanetary travel. .5 tons Costs 100 gil. Does not have enough power to get out of the planet's gravitational pull. Cannot get into space with only these engines.
Vernea Thruster - faster than an turbine with more maneuverability. Once in space, it is capable of interplanetary travel in one week. 1 ton Costs 500 gil. Does not have enough power to get out of the planet's gravitational pull. Cannot get into space with only these engines.
Twin Vernea Thrusters - much faster drive, adds one dodge. Once in sapce, it is capable of interplanetary travel in four days. Only gundams can use this. Cannot get into space with only these engines.(Need to learn how to use a gundam). 2 tons Costs 1,000 gil Does not have enough power to get out of the planet's gravitational pull. Cannot get into space with only these engines.
Hyperspace Drive - useless in normal combat, interplanetary travel in 1 day. .5 tons costs 700 gil. Cannot be used to land on a planet or takeoff from one.
Shields:
Energy Shields: These defend from beam weapons or missiles. Cuts damage done to the suit in half. It stops the actual weapon from striking, but the energy and power behind the attack still causes some damage.
Beam Shield: Blocks 3 attacks. Costs 250 gil. .5 tons
Heat Barrier: Blocks 4 attacks. Costs 500 gil. 1 ton
Planetary Defense: Blocks 8 attacks. Costs 1,500 gil. 2 tons
Melee Shields - These defend from melee weapons. Cuts damage done to the suit in half. It stops the actual weapon from striking, but the energy and power behind the attack still causes some damage.
Folding Shield - Attaches to forearm, blocks 2 melee attacks. Costs 150 gil. .5 tons
Arm Shield - Runs down the arm. Blocks 3 melee attacks. Costs 350 gil. 1 ton
Gundanium Shield - A powerful shield. Blocks 5 melee attacks. Costs 500 gil. 1.5 tons
Deflector - A shield with the power to deflect attacks. Blocks 5 melee attacks and can be used to block one beam or missile attack. When used like that, it can't be used again to block even melee attacks til the battle ends. Costs 1,000 gil. 2 tons
Weapons: Weapons can be divided into three sub-categories, beam weapons, melee weapons, and missiles.
Beam Weapons:
Vulcan Gun - fires a barrage of small beams, causing some damage, multiple Vulcans can be mounted on the suit's frame (50 damage per shot) .5 tons costs 100 gil
Beam Cannon - fires a shot of supercharged particles, causing greater damage, 1 can be mounted on a Leo, two can be mounted on other frames. ( 150 damage per shot)1 ton costs 500 gil
Buster Rifle - Minovsky particles fired in a concentrated stream, causing major damage, handheld (500 damage per shot) 1.5 tons costs 1,000 gil
Double Barrel Buster Rifle - Two massive beams fire at once, forming into one larger beam, handheld (1,000 damage per shot, can only be cannot be mounted on a small frame, counts as 5 beam weapons for energy considerations) 3 tons costs 2,500 gil. Can be fired only twice, after that the suit will fall apart due to stress.
Missiles:
Stinger Missiles - Like a bee sting, small but painful, up to 10 may be carried per bank, and 5 can be fired per bank at a time. 1 bank per Leo, 2 per Aries, 3 per taurus, and 5 per gundam.(50 damage per shot) .5 tons per bank costs 100 gil for launcher, 50 gil per missile. They are so fast and agile that they can't be dodged. If used in a combination of weapons, the rest of the weapons used can still be dodged. If the rest are dodged, then the 1/2 bonus is not added to the damage done, only the base damage done by the missiles.
Photon Torpedo - It does a fair amount of damage, and due to the electromagnetic photons it is charged with it cannot be blocked by a shield, however these missiles are large and bulky, so the amount that may be carried is limited. Limit of 1 bank on Leo, 2 on Areis and Tauos and 3 on Gundams. Each bank holds 2 missiles (750 damage) 1 tons per bank costs 1,000 gil for launcher, 500 gil per missile
Halcyon Missile - A missile carrying a Very heavy payload, and the price reflects it. Cannot be mounted on Leos, only one bank per other suit.(4,000 damage per shot) 1 ton per bank costs 10,000 gil for Launcher, 5,000 gil per missle
Tactical Nuclear Missile - The big one, years ago these weapons nearly wiped out the entire human population, therefore they are banned and cannot be found except under special circumstances. Due to the fact that the nuke releases an electro-magnetic pulse even as it detonates, shields cannot block it. One of these horrible weapons can be shot from a bazooka by a suit, but it must have Gundanium Alloy armor and Twin Vernea Thrusters to survive the explosion.(10,000 damage) Weight is not considered.
Melee Weapons: You can have TWO melee weapons. Some are special and do not count as a melee weapon when attached.
Melee Weapons:
Beam sword - Held in one hand, this weapon is a powerful blade of energy. (100 damage per strike) .5 tons costs 250 gil
Plasma Sword - A massive energy sword connect directly to the suit. It runs on a reactors power so it counts as 1 beam weapon, not a melee weapon. (250 damage per strike.) 1 ton costs 1,000 gil
Heat Rod - A series of long metal segments, with enormous electric current flowing through them that may be used like a whip. You must have recieved Gundam training to use this weapon due to its complexity (300 damage per attack) 2 tons costs 2,000 gil
Dragon Arms - These can extend to strike an oppenent. They have massive crushing power. They do not count as melee weapons, but if two are equipped, you can only use the Melee Shield "Deflector". If only one arm is attached then you could also use a Beam Shield. Can only attach a max of 2 (300 damage per attack)2 tons per arm attatched, costs 700 gil.
Beam Trident - A staff of energy, containing a load of strenght, but weighty. (150 damage per strike) 1 ton costs 550 gil
Beam Scythe - A scythe of energy. (150 damage per strike) .5 tons 700 gil
Heat Sword - A sharp blade that can charge for a powerful blow. (100 damage per strike, but if you sacrifice two turns to charge, will do 800 damage) 1 ton Costs 2,000 gil
Gattling Gun - Guns attached to the arm. There are a few selections. But they use alot of ammunition. To refill its ammo, must buy bullets. Ammunition cost 250 gil for each gun. No shields can block its attacks. They come in a number of gun arrangments as listed below. Extra ammo can be brought into battle for this weapon, but beware, the other fighter could destroy or make use of the ammo for his/herself.
Single Gattling Gun - 100 damage per shot, but can only use 10 times before it empties. Costs 500 gil. .5 tons
Dual Gattling Gun - 200 damage per shot, but can only use 6 times before it empties. Costs 750 gil. 1 ton
Quad Gattling Gun - This counts as 2 melee weapons. Does 400 damage per shot, but can only use 4 times before it empties. Costs 1,250 gil. 2 tons
Transport Mode - With the right engineering it is possible to configure a suit so that it can change into a "Transport Mode" Whether it be by extending wings or transforming into a fighter style ship. Once in this mode it may use a hyper drive. Must have Gundanium Armor or better, costs 5,000 gil.
Transport Pods- If you do not or cannot install transport mode onto your gundam, you can use a Transport Pod to move it, it takes two days for interplanetary travel by pod. These ships are basically a large box with thrusters on the back. Due to the fact that they have basically no armor, if you are attacked while using a Transport Pod the enemy gets two free attacks before you can counter(getting into gundam, getting out of pod, etc) and the flimsiness of the pod does not act as a damage buffer in any way for the suit. 2,000 gil
If you are in dire need of leaving a planet, you may get a launch from the spaceport you are at into space. It costs 350 gil for every launch. Once into space, you can use your engines to take you to another planet.
Computer Systems: As of right now there is only one major computer system that coordinates the sensory and basic movement functions of a mobile suit. However, there are rumors of "learning computers" in the works, and once in a while the slightest whisper of something called "Zero System" is also heard.
When you have decided on all the options you want, make a post on the Shop board and put the words "Mobile Suit" or "Gundam" in the title. As with the ships, mechanized manufacturing helps speed up the process. The time frames is as follows:
Leo- 1 day
Aries- 3 days
Tauros- 5 days
Gundam- 1 week
