5/25/03 WELL! EVERYTHING GOT DELETED OFF OF MY HTML LOG SO EVERYTHING IS GONE! EVEN MY FUN RANDOM FAERIE STORY THING THAT I WROTE TODAY! :-( So, I'll start from the beginning...
I am Adrienne Faith. I'm 15, love to write, sing, act, and draw. Anything else you would like to know about me is not important because...well, it's not! :-).
The wind whips through the willows,
like an alarm, waking the faeries up from their long sleep
These are the fae, the keepers of the night
bringing light to the windows of all the little children
Luring them to see what amazing creature came to visit them
Every night these fae come to visit, watching over the children
Until one day, the child doesn't believe anymore
As the faerie slowly flies away, she sprinkles the child's house with her dust
so that the house is blessed by the fae and her magic is always there.
She silently says good-bye to the child and moves next door to see a newborn baby,
in need of some magic from the little fae...
Well, that's not exactly what I had before, but it's pretty close, maybe even better!

5/29/03 TIME FOR A MERMAID STORY! :-)

br> Brady was 10 the first summer that he went to spend with his Uncle Henry, on the coast of Scotland. He was so excited that he couldn't sleep on the plane, even though he had been up the whole night before, unable to control his anticipation. His Uncle was going to teach him all kinds of things about Scotland, give him his first kilt, and even take him out on the water on his boat, The Mariner. Brady was ecstatic!
When his plane arrived at the airport, his Uncle was there to grett him with a great nig "Hullo!" and a grand bear hug too! Brady's excitement grew and grew as they went to pick up his bags, walked to the care and started to drive away towards his Uncle's house. When they got there, Brady had to crane his neck up way high to see the very top of the house because well, it was a lighthouse! Brady couldn't believe it! It was right on the water, and his Uncle Henry was the keeper of this still working lighthouse. That wasn't even the best part! Brady got to have a room near the very top of the lighthouse, with a window so he could look out at the water and see the ships when they go past. This was a 10 year old boy's dream! Brady practically ran up the numerous steps to find his room decorated with all kinds of nautical things, with life perservers on the walls and ropes and nets hanging in the corners. It was like this room had been made especially for Brady and he couldn't believe how cool it was!
"Do you like it?" Uncle Henry asked.
"Like it? I love it! Thanks!" Brady answered. For the rest of the afternoon, Brady stayed in his room, resting and looking out the window to see the waves crash on the jetty a couple 100 feet away from his Uncle's yard. He saw the occasion dolphin or fih jump out from the water, but he didn't see any ships. He did see a little fishing boat, though and that was good enough for Brady. He couldn't wait to get out on the water himself. He was so tired that he didn't even get out of bed for diner, he just slept until 5:00AM, when he felt his Uncle shaking him and saying, "RISE AND SHINE!" This was way too early for Brady, but it was ok since he was going to go uot on the fishing boat with his Uncle and see all kinds of neat stuff! Brady dressed in about 6 layers, whereas his Uncle had on shorts and a t-shirt. It was freezing out on the water, yet Uncle Henry didn't shiver once, or even have goosebumps on his arms. It was Brady's first time out on the water and he was ready to see some fish!
