LEADER POSITON SCOREING
As i said on protocol if u wish to become a assigned operative leader, u must e-mail me a request for a test, then lead a group on a pk trip, i will score you accordingly here is what it is based on
If more than 1/2 of the group is killed you fail
Aside from that there is a 100 point system in 5 ares you must make a 80 to pass the 5 areas are as follows
Deception-sneaking up or lureing other players or groups to you or recruiting an outsider then slaying him. just some examples of deceptive tactics
Operative Deployment-How well you utalize and command the operatives, this could include breaking the group into parts how well you communicate and they listen etc
Stratagy-how well your battle plan follows through, whether its a recruit and kill operation or just a roaming around type deal
Honor- when kills are made how you distribute the items
Charisma-How well your unit listens and responds to your orders (i know some ppl are kind of difficult, ill factor that in)
