Saiyan Moves
Kamehameha: A blast which is started by the user gathering energy into his cupped hands, which are held at waist level. The user then, quickly brings his hands forward and releases a fairly large blast. No requirements
Renzoku Energy Dan: A series of rapid-fire blasts shot from the user's outstreched arms, with palms facing the target. The blasts come on after the other creating a "machine-gun like" blast attack. This is first used when Vegeta fights Gohan during their original encounter on Earth. No requirements.
Chou-Kamehameha: A blast which is identical to the kamehameha only 10x as strong. Also known as the "Ultimate Kamehameha". Requirements= Power Level of 3,000.
Gallet Gun: This is Vegeta's planet destroying attack. The user flys up high, and gathers energy with both arms behind his/her shoulder, then the user brings the energy forward at waist level and releases a blast about the size of a Kamehameha. Although hundreds of times more powerful this blast is fragile, and can be stopped by a simple Kamehameha. Requirements= Power Level of 7,500.
Teleportation: This move is used mostly as a dodging, and suprise attack technuiqe. The user places two fingers on his/her and thinks of where they want to go. The user is then instantly teleported there. Can be used to instantly travel to planets that you have already visited. Requirements= Power level of 15,000.
T-Blast:The user forms a giant ball of energy and then forms it into a powerful beam which can split to 6 different beams at his command. Requirements=pl:300,000 (T)
Solar Flare: The user places his/her fingers in front of his/her face, and shouts "Solar Flare!". The user then lights up very brightly, blinding the victim. This attack is good for setting up a more powerful attack, like Big Bang, or Spirit Bomb. The victim of Solar Flare is blinded for the turn after the attack is used, and cannot fight. No Requirements.
Dragon Fist: A powerup move. The user changes into a giant dragon and his/her powerlevel doubles and ki triples. Requirements= Power level of 75,000.
Big Bang Attack: A very slow, incredibly powerful attack. The user points one hand at the victim and fires a huge blast. This move is best used after a victim is weakened because it is very easy to dodge. Requirements= Power level of 50,000.
Kiaho: An invisible blast, resembling a shockwave, is shot from the user's hands, knocking down his/her victim. No requirements.
Zanzoken: The user moves so quickly that he/she leaves an after image while attacking from a different location. An excellent dodging, and counter-attack, techniuqe . Requirements= Power Level of 5,500.
Jan-Ken Punch: A series of punches and and attacks with nails (for Nameks), and fingers (for Saiyans, and Humans). No requirements.
Quick Slash: A Quick attack that utilizes a sword. This is a good attack for a person with high speed, or against a person with low speed. Requirements= Power level of 1,500, and Requires a Sword
Masenko: Gohans answer to the Kamehameha. This attack is charged by placing one palm on top of the other hand, then charging the blast behind the users head. The energy is released the way a soccer goalie throws the ball back in the game. Requirments=3,500.
Hasshuken: The user moves his/her arms so fast that they look like eight. The user then attacks with all eight. No Requirements
Bukujutsu: This is the ability to fly with one's own Ki. Good for dodging attacks, and for making your own attacks harder to dodge. No Requirements.
Kamekian Similar to the KamehahamehaX10 but on this move u form giant ball that is lightning fast and very deadly then u light up in flames or energy and your push that ball at lighting speed then once the ball is pushed a very powerful beam form the energy lighting up your body and connects to the Ball this move is very deadly cause it is a big attack and very fast. ( THIS MOVE IS VER POWERFUL AND ACCURATE) SHOULD BE USED AS A FINISHING MOVE ONLY) the moves can be controlled where the ball starts off and where the move goes)(T)
Final Flash: One of Vegeta's trademark attacks. The user spreads his/her arms and begins to gather energy. When enough energy is gathered the user puts his/her arms in front of their body and forces the energy into a ball. The user then shout "FINAL FLASH!!!" and an enormous blast fires from the user's outstreched arms, incinerating anything in its path. Requirements= Power Level of 100,000
Burning Attack: Future Trunks' trademark Ki attack, this is a powerful energy blast shot from both hands. Trunks holds both hands forward, does some strange arm moves, and then puts both hands forward again, index fingers and thumbs touching. Then he releases the blast. Requirments= Power Level of 20,000
Galactica Donut: This is a Ki attack used by Gotenks used to trap enemies. It is a ring of Ki energy that Gotenks can control to change size of the diameter of the donut. The Donut can be used to surround the enemy and trap him by holding his limbs with the donut. If the enemy is caught in the donut he/she will be crushed, then the donut will explode, thus causing a powerful explosion. Requirments= Power Level of 15,000
Renzoku Energy Dam. Requirements= Power level of 80,000
Renzoku Super Donuts: The same as the Galactica Donut, only three Donuts are shot at once. Three donuts fired at once means Three Times the damage. Requirments= Power Level of 45,000
Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack: One of Gotenks' strongest techniques, he spits out a ghost-like form closely resembling himself. The ghostlike form has a mind of its own, and when it hits anything, it explodes, severely damaging whatever is caught in the blast. Requirments= Power Level of 50,000
Mega Ghost Kamikaze Attack: This is the same as Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack only the user fires 5 ghosts at once. The user will be lucky if most of the ghosts don’t kill themselves while going for the target. Requirments= Power Level of 150,000
Barrier: This purely defensive technique forms a Ki-shield around the body that protects the user from Ki or similar attacks. This will protect the user for the next 3 attacks from his opponent. Although when using barrier, the user cannot attack. This move is best used for charging an attack, or doing a power up. Requirments= Power Level of 15,000
Eraser Cannon: This is one of the most powerful techniques of Rikum, one of the members of the Ginyu. It is a large, powerful Ki blast shot from the mouth, and can destroy in a very large radius from where it hits. This is also used by Piccolo a few times during the Z series. Requirments= Power Level of 25,000
Fusion: This technique is used to fuse two people into a single person, and give the fused person a huge power boost that’s the two fighters PL’s added together then multiplied by two. To Perform Fusion, you both simply say Fusion, and you will be fused. The Fusion lasts for 10 turns before the fused person becomes two again. To perform this fusion, the two people must both know fusion. The one in control will be the more powerful fighter. The Fused fighter will be able to use all the moves each fighter knows. Requirments= Power Level of 50,000 for each fighter.
Kamehameha X10: This is Super Saiyan 4 Goku's Most powerful attack. This move is performed the same way a normal Kamehameha is performed, yet when shouting Kamehameha you need to add "X10" This Move can only be used when in a SS/Mystic State. If it is attempted when in a normal state, it may cause damage to the user. Requirments= Power Level of 100,000.
Genocide Attack: This is not an attack that can be used in the heat of battle, because it takes two turns to charge (used best with Barrier), but is probably one of the single most devastating attacks ever used in the DB/DBZ series. It is a series of Ki blasts shot into the air, which seek their targets upon being fired. After looking down on the Earth, Majin-Buu used this technique to kill every human on Earth. When used against one person, this technique is almost as powerful as the Genki-Dama, and it will be a lot more useful if the persons Speed is way way above yours. Requirments= Power Level of 200,000
Renzoku Shine: This is Gotenks' adaptation of the Renzoku Energy Dan technique. Basically the same, but a whole lot more powerful. This technique is shot using both hands. Requirments= Power Level of 30,000
Bakuha - By raising two fingers, the user of this attack can create a large explosion that will totally decimate the surrounding area or the ground under an opponent. Not good for a fight when you have a teammate, but good if you are facing multiple opponents by yourself. Requirments= Power Level of 10,000
Explosion Wave: This move was first used by Majin-Vegeta in his fight with Goku. A highly powerful attack that is charged by throwing your hands into the air, and forcing energy through your entire body. This results in a massive wave of explosive energy coursing all around your body and finally releasing in a blast that encompases an area of 360 Degrees. Requirments= Power Level of 150,000
Moon Ball: This is the move used to Change a Saiyan into a Were-Monkey(Oozaru state). Yet be carful when using this attack, for if you are battling another Saiyan he will also transform. The user gathers Ambient energy into his palm then sends it into the air in a flare like style. When used the User will gain a boost of 10X their PL, But unless you have Oozaru control you will more then likely injure yourself. Ths move lasts for the rest of the fight. Requirments= Power Level of 20,000
Focus Light: This move allows the user who shoot the moon ball to control where the Moonlight goes. This is a very good move to have in a Saiyan Battle. It allows only a certain Sayian or group if he chooses to change into Oozaru. The user, when using Moon ball, has to say who it will go to. Requirments= Power Level of 22,000
Oozaru Control: The Saiyan who uses Moon Ball and has this move, will change into an Oozaru, and be able to control this state. If you do not have this move and attempt to use Moon Ball, you will more often injure yourself, then anyone else(for you are in a rampaging state). When in Oozaru, you PL is multiplied by 10. The disadvantage is your speed stays the same, thus causing you to be slower to compinsate for your enourmas size. Requirments= Power Level of 25,000
Golden Oozaru: This is the same as Oozaru form execpt the user's fur turns golden like the hair of a SS. This form is also much, much more powerful and increases all of the user's stats, except for HP, by 100. Requirements: Must know Oozaru, must know SSJ3, PL= 1,000,000
Kaioken: A power-up move. The user shouts "Kaioken Attack!" and his/her Power Level triples, and Ki quadruples. This attack can be multiplied, increasing it's power. For each time the move is multiplied the user gains a boost of 4,000 in his/her Power Level. No blast attacks can be used along with Kaioken. Kaioken lasts for 3 turns. Requirements= Power Level of 5,000 for the first boost and an extra 1,000 for each time it's multiplied. So Kaioken x1= Power Level of 5,000, and Kaioken x2= Power Level of 6,000. This Move also requires King Kai's Training.
Spirit Bomb: The most powerful attack known. The user gathers energy from all living creatures on Earth and channels that energy into a ball. The user then throws that ball at his/her victim. No one can survive a direct hit with a Spirit Bomb. Requirements= Power level of 10,000. This move also requires King Kai's training.
SuperSaiyan: The most powerful power-up technuiqe there is. The user's hair turns blonde and his/her Power Level, and all other stats rise to an unbelievable height. SuperSaiyans can only be fought off by other SuperSaiyans, or SuperNameks, or Super Humans. even more powerful forms of this move are SSJ2, SSJ3, and the most powerful power-up attack there is, SSJ4. Requirements= SS: Power Level of 200,000. SSJ2: Power Level of 500,000. SSJ3: Power Level of 1,000,000. SSJ4: Power Level of 3,000,000 SSJ5:Power Level of 5,000,000 SSJ6=?????????
Solar Storm: the user shoots a Chou-Kamehameha into the sun and eight solar bursts come down each as powerful as a Chou-Kamehameha and each tracks the opponent. Good for when the opponents speed is way above yours or when you are against multiple opponents. Requirements: Power Level of 30,000 and must know Chou-Kamehameha.
Mystical Power Up: An incredibly powerful powerup, this powerup will allow fighters who aren't SSJ3 or SSJ4 to compete with SSJ3. When used in Battle This Move Triples all Your stats (except Health) for the entire fight. To activate The user Must say "Mystical Power Up" to activate the Move. Requirements: Kaio-shins Training.
Namek Moves
Eye Beam: The user looks directly at the victim, and shoots two laser like, beams out of his (there are no female Nameks) eyes. No requirements.

A very powerful attack that only someone, with a power level of at least 15,000, can block. Piccolo uses this attack to kill Raditz Requirements= Power level of 5,000.
Kyodaika: A powerup move which makes the user's body grow larger, and increases his range, and strength. Requirements= Power level of 2,250.
Mystic Attack: Using the natural Namek ability to extend their arms, the user attacks his opponent from a distance, surprising him/her. No requirements.
Quick Slash: A Quick attack that utilizes a sword. This is a good attack for a person with high speed, or against a person with low speed. Requirements= Power level of 1,500, and Requires a Sword
Regeneration: An ancient Namek ability used when limbs are blown off, or have become severed somehow. We are introduced to this skill when Piccolo regrows his arm after the battle with Raditz. If a Namek takes too much damage in battle he can add 200 Hp to his current amount using this techniuqe. Requirements= Power Level of 5,500.
Split Form: The user creates two clones of him/herself and all attack at once. The clones' and the user's power level drops to one third its normal level. Requirements= Power level of 2,500.
Kiaho: An invisible blast, resembling a shockwave, is shot from the user's hands, knocking down his/her victim. No requirements.

Hatsu: An attack that when used will absorb part of the users opponents next attack, and convert it into Health. Requirements= Power level of 15,000
Yudo: This is one of Piccolo's coolest attacks. He sends hundreds of energy balls into the air and surrounds his opponent with them. The energy balls hang in mid-air for a second, and then he lets fly. He forces all of the energy balls to converge on his victim at once causing a large explosion. Requirements= Power level of 45,000
Imprisonment Ball: This attack is used by Freiza to trap his opponents in a ball of energy. When used the user traps his opponent in a ball of energy, then throws the ball at the ground at a high speed. When the ball makes contact with the ground it explodes with their opponent still trapped in it. Requirements= Power level of 20,000
Time stop: This is an attack used by Guldo, the smallest member of the Ginyu. When he uses it, he freezes time for his opponents so that they are frozen in whatever position they were in. However, he needs to keep his attention on his victims in order to keep them frozen, and he can't do it for too many times without tiring himself out. This can only be used three times during a fight. When used the opponent will be frozen for his next turn. Requirments= Power Level of 50,000

Yet when aginst one opponet the 6 beams are directed onto that one person. Requirments= Power Level of 4,000

Wild Bore Attack: The user attacks his or her opponent like a wild bore, and Head Butts him. This was one of the many attacks Gotenks used against Buu. This is a handy attack for it catches your opponent by surprise, yet doesn’t deal a lot of damage for it is a relatively week attack. It is fun to use if you way overpower your opponent. Requirements= Power level of 10,000
Revolving Attack: One of the many, "one-timer", attacks used during the 21st Tenkaichi Budoukai. The user spins around furiously and shoots energy blasts all around. The downside is, when the user stops revolving, they're incredibly dizzy, and there next attack will be relatively weak. Requirements= Power level of 5,000
Kikoho: Tien’s signature attack, Not to be confused with Kiaho. He targets his opponent in a triangle formed by his hands. He then shoots a fantastically powerful energy blast at his opponent. This attack is very dangerous though. This attack uses part of the users Health. You need to tell the ref how much Health you are putting into the Blast. This move could easily kill the user if you over-used it. Requirements= Power level of 75,000
Whistling: Believe it or not this is an attack. This move only affects Nameks, as it is to Nameks as Nails on Chalkboard is to Humans. This attack will cause a Namek to be more susceptible to pain on the next attack. Requirements= none

Double Blast: This is a move that Kulilin developed for use during the 23rd Tenkaichi-Budokai. He shoots a Kamehameha-like blast from each hand, then can guide the blasts toward his enemy. Requirments= Power Level of 6,000

SuperHuman: Same as SuperSaiyan, only used by Humans. The attacks are: SH, SHJ2, SHJ3, SHJ4. Requirements= Same as those for SuperSaiyan.
Solar Storm: the user shoots a Chou-Kamehameha into the sun and eight solar bursts come down each as powerful as a Chou-Kamehameha and each tracks the opponent. Good for when the opponents speed is way above yours or when you are against multiple opponents. Requirements: Power Level of 30,000 and must know Chou-Kamehameha.
Mystical Power Up: An incredibly powerful powerup, this powerup will allow fighters who aren't SSJ3 or SSJ4 to compete with SSJ3. When used in Battle This Move Triples all Your stats (except Health) for the entire fight. To activate The user Must say "Mystical Power Up" to activate the Move. Requirements: Kaio-shins Training.
Android Moves
Androids can learn any move from any race
Hell's Flash: This is considered Artificial Human 16's second strongest attack, (and his coolest). He throws his opponent deep into the ground, then removes his hands and aims his arm cannons in the crater he created by smashing his victim into the ground. He then shouts the name of the attack, and lets a furious barrage of high-powered energy blasts into the Earth. The beams of the attack actually fill up the hole in the earth and shoot up through the crust of the Earth, creating huge holes in the ground. Since the Saiyans do not have arm cannons they simply use a high powered Renzoku Energy Dam. Requirements= Power level of 80,000

Haretsu no Maho: A magic spell used to make people explodeRequiurements Pl:2,500
Kakusanyudokodan: Fires many Ki bolts around the opponent, surrounding them, then controls the bolts so they all shoot toward their target.Requirements:pl:3,900
Chobakuretsumaha: Done when you power up the blast between the palms of the hands in front of his chest, then releases the blast.Requirements pl:3,800
Changling Moves
Kamehameha: A blast which is started by the user gathering energy into his cupped hands, which are held at waist level. The user then, quickly brings his hands forward and releases a fairly large blast. No requirements
Renzoku Energy Dan: A series of rapid-fire blasts shot from the user's outstreched arms, with palms facing the target. The blasts come on after the other creating a "machine-gun like" blast attack. This is first used when Vegeta fights Gohan during their original encounter on Earth. No requirements.
Quick Slash: A Quick attack that utilizes a sword. This is a good attack for a person with high speed, or against a person with low speed. Requirements= Power level of 1,500, and Requires a Sword
Chou-Kamehameha: A blast which is identical to the kamehameha only 10x as strong. Also known as the "Ultimate Kamehameha". Requirements= Power Level of 3,000.
Masenko: Gohans answer to the Kamehameha, only more powerful. This attack is charged by placing one palm on thop of the other hand, then charging the blast behind the users head. The energy is released the way a soccor goally throws the ball back in the game. Requirments=Power Level of 3,500.
Kakusan: This move was used by Krillian while battling the Sieba Men when the Saiyans first arrived on Earth. This move is a slow but powerful attack. The user gathers energy by pulling their hands near there chest then throwing their arms into the air. He then releases the energy into the air. When the energy gets strong enough the user pulls the energy back to the earth. He then splits the energy into 6 beams. This is useful in a fight against multiple foes. Yet when aginst one opponet the 6 beams are directed onto that one person. Requirments= Power Level of 4,000
Barrier: This purely defensive technique forms a Ki-shield around the body that protects the user from Ki or similar attacks. This will protect the user for the next 3 attacks from his opponent. Although when using barrier, the user cannot attack. This move is best used for charging an attack, or doing a power up. Requirments= Power Level of 15,000
Eraser Cannon: This is one of the most powerful techniques of Rikum, one of the members of the Ginyu. It is a large, powerful Ki blast shot from the mouth, and can destroy in a very large radius from where it hits. This is also used by Piccolo a few times during the Z series. Requirments= Power Level of 25,000
Wild Bore Attack: The user attacks his or her opponent like a wild bore, and Head Butts him. This was one of the many attacks Gotenks used against Buu. This is a handy attack for it catches your opponent by surprise, yet doesn’t deal a lot of damage for it is a relatively week attack. It is fun to use if you way overpower your opponent. Requirements= Power level of 10,000
Revolving Attack: One of the many, "one-timer", attacks used during the 21st Tenkaichi Budoukai. The user spins around furiously and shoots energy blasts all around. The downside is, when the user stops revolving, they're incredibly dizzy, and there next attack will be relatively weak. Requirements= Power level of 5,000
Kikoho: Tien’s signature attack, Not to be confused with Kiaho. He targets his opponent in a triangle formed by his hands. He then shoots a fantastically powerful energy blast at his opponent. This attack is very dangerous though. This attack uses part of the users Health. You need to tell the ref how much Health you are putting into the Blast. This move could easily kill the user if you over-used it. Requirements= Power level of 75,000
Whistling: Believe it or not this is an attack. This move only affects Nameks, as it is to Nameks as Nails on Chalkboard is to Humans. This attack will cause a Namek to be more susceptible to pain on the next attack. Requirements= none
Fusion: This technique is used to fuse two people into a single person, and give the fused person a huge power boost that’s the two fighters PL’s added together then multiplied by two. To Perform Fusion, you both simply say Fusion, and you will be fused. The Fusion lasts for 10 turns before the fused person becomes two again. To perform this fusion, the two people must both know fusion. The one in control will be the more powerful fighter. The Fused fighter will be able to use all the moves each fighter knows. Requirments= Power Level of 50,000 for each fighter.
Genocide Attack: This is not an attack that can be used in the heat of battle, because it takes two turns to charge (used best with Barrier), but is probably one of the single most devastating attacks ever used in the DB/DBZ series. It is a series of Ki blasts shot into the air, which seek their targets upon being fired. After looking down on the Earth, Majin-Buu used this technique to kill every human on Earth. When used against one person, this technique is almost as powerful as the Genki-Dama, and it will be a lot more useful if the persons Speed is way way above yours. Requirments= Power Level of 200,000
Renzoku Shine: This is Gotenks' adaptation of the Renzoku Energy Dan technique. Basically the same, but a whole lot more powerful. This technique is shot using both hands. Requirments= Power Level of 30,000
Crasher Ball: A lot like the Genki-Dama that Goku gave to Kulilin, the Crasher Ball is a ball that is produced from the palm of the hand. I don't think one ever actually connected during the series though, it was just used as a diversion. Requirments= Power Level of 3,000
Dodonpa: One of the major techniques of the Crane Master, this is a blast shot from one finger, which explodes upon impact. The most basic Dodonpa is more powerful than the most basic Kamehameha, but the Kamehameha can become more powerful. Requirments= Power Level of 2,500
Double Blast: This is a move that Kulilin developed for use during the 23rd Tenkaichi-Budokai. He shoots a Kamehameha-like blast from each hand, then can guide the blasts toward his enemy. Requirments= Power Level of 6,000
Solar Flare: The user places his/her fingers in front of his/her face, and shouts "Solar Flare!". The user then lights up very brightly, blinding the victim. This attack is good for setting up a more powerful attack, like Big Bang, or Spirit Bomb. The victim of Solar Flare is blinded for the turn after the attack is used, and cannot fight. No Requirements.
Destructo Disc: User holds one of his/her arms up, and creates a large spinning disc hovering above his/her arm. The powerful disc is then thrown at the user's victim, cutting, and destroying, whatever gets in its way. Requirements= Power level of 5,000.
Split Form: The user creates two clones of him/herself and all attack at once. The clones' and the user's power level drops to one third its normal level. Requirements= Power level of 2,500.
Kiaho: An invisible blast, resembling a shockwave, is shot from the user's hands, knocking down his/her victim. No requirements.
Zanzoken: The user moves so quickly that he/she leaves an after image while attacking from a different location. An excellent dodging, and counter-attack, techniuqe . Requirements= Power Level of 5,500.
Jan-Ken Punch: A series of punches and and attacks with nails (for Nameks), and fingers (for Saiyans, and Humans). No requirements.
Hasshuken: The user moves his/her arms so fast that they look like eight. The user then attacks with all eight. No Requirements
Bukujitsu or fly: This is the ability to fly with one's own Ki. Good for dodging attacks, and for making your own attacks harder to dodge. No Requirements.
Kaioken: A power-up move. The user shouts "Kaioken Attack!" and his/her Power Level triples, and Ki quadruples. This attack can be multiplied, increasing it's power. For each time the move is multiplied the user gains a boost of 5,000 in his/her Power Level. No blast attacks can be used along with Kaioken. Kaioken lasts for 3 turns. Requirements= Power Level of 5,000 for the first boost and an extra 1,000 for each time it's multiplied. So Kaioken x1= Power Level of 5,000, and Kaioken x2= Power Level of 6,000. This Move also requires King Kai's Training.
Spirit Bomb: The most powerful attack known. The user gathers energy from all living creatures on Earth and channels that energy into a ball. The user then throws that ball at his/her victim. No one can survive a direct hit with a Spirit Bomb. Requirements= Power levelof 10,000. This move also requires King Kai's training.
