The illustrations are colourful and the text is simple rhyming allowing for a lot of animation and fun when reading it to a child. He especially loves the part "dinosaurs hot", since hot was his first word he loves to repeat it back to me. This book is the only one he wants right now and he wants it read over and over and over. Sandra Boynton is one of his favorite author's. Other books by Boynton that he enjoys are "The Going To Bed Book" and "But Not The Hippopotomus".
