Reliving every thought, walking roads I can’t remember.
Loving everyone I ever knew.
Before it all, after it all, and everything in between.
With or without tomorrow.
You stayed Lord.
You hung on to my every breath.

You carried me through the day and into the dark of night.
My mortality threatening my peace of mind..
Feeling fear and apprehension.
With or without tomorrow.
You stayed Lord.
You hung on to my every breath.

Whole in body or whole as one with You,
I’ll dance to Your music.
I’ll sing from the heart
and celebrate each second,
each face, each hope.
Because You stayed Lord.
Because You stayed.
You gave me laughter.
You gave me love.
