Here are all of the drawings I scanned, including the Valentine one
that I posted on the main Xanga page. They are unmodified from the original scan
for the most part, except that I messed with the gamma a bit because the scan
was a bit dark. I also got rid of some small smudges and things I noticed. I'll also be making little comments about all of them, so pay attention. :) Yes, I know for some reason a lot of the character's mouths are
open. That's just how it happened. They're happy ok? Oh yes, and they are female because women are just more fun to draw. I'd rather draw an Angel-Girl then an Angel-Dude. :P Feel free to save them to your hard drive if you want, for whatever reason, but just remember...they're mine. >_< lol
The First Angel
This is the first of the Angel drawings I made. I really didn't mean for her gown
to be so form fitting, seriously. :P I originally envisioned it as this flowing gown,
but it evolved into this, maybe cause I knew in the back of my head it was much easier
to draw. I like her. I think she's angelic looking with that expression on her face
which is good since she's an angel.
Here she is, the second Angel. Compared to the other, this one was very quick, possibly because I already had how I wanted the wings to look. Unfortunatly, the detailing on the wings doesn't show up that well (nor does it on the other for that matter). Note the halo tilting at what I like to refer to as a 'rouge-ish' angle, and the expression. That's how love is. I think she's up to something. :)
This one is one of my favorite. She just popped into my head and cooked up there for a couple of days. By then I felt so inspired I had to draw her. You might be wondering why I called her a "Modern Pixie". Well, I was thinking that with the way she's dressed and everything she didn't look like you generally thought Pixies and the faery folk would look. I had kind of a 'swirl' thing going on here (her hair, cheeks, and belt, although you can't see it on the belt as well). I was going to put one on her shirt, but I just imagined the star on there for some reason. She's so cute. :P With the antennae and her 'belly shirt' and everything. lol Her hands and feet are kinda screwed up, but I have trouble drawing those. And yes, I know she has a big ass. :P I kinda sorta did that on purpose. lol
And this last one is a quick drawing of Fuu I did. I was watching the Rayearth OAV and just wanted to draw. CLAMP's character designs are absolutely beautiful. I especially like Fuu and Windom. When she merges with Windom and those wings sprout from her, and then envelop her leaving this huge winged Mech...that is just awesome (I am the Wind, crushing any who resist me!). Windom is absolutely elegant.
This here is the first sketch of Cube-tan, an OS-tan (an anime style OS mascot if you will...there's many, including ones for Windows XP, ME, Mac OS...) for GameCube. This is how I feel a GameCube OS-tan would look like.
Here's the second sketch of Cube-tan, but I think I like the first better (the hair is much better, for example) although this is more fleshed out. To comment on her appearance more, the lines on the dress are supposed to be like the front of the Gamecube, with the black circle at the top, the lines going down, and the 'buttons' on the sides. She also has GameCube earrings, but how those will look isn't quite certain yet. :P
Here is one more sketch of Ms Cube. I kinda like this one, at least I don't feel that the hair is so hellishly bad. :P I think this one is kinda cute actually...I wonder why this character looks different each time I draw her anyway? Maybe I'm just not sure how she looks, or maybe I'm just inconsistent? Who knows.
This was a pretty quick one compared to some of my drawings...I just felt like trying to draw her while I was watching Escaflowne with just the music playing. Jeez though, pleated skirts aren't as easy to draw as I thought, I'm not so sure that it looks right. >_> I guess this classifies as fan-art, and I've seen WAY worse fan-art than this. Anyway, she's very pretty, so she was fun to draw. Plus the hair was somehow fun to draw. It certainly helps that it came out right immediately.
Ryoko of the series Tenchi Muyo. I seem to remember pretty much copping this from some other official Tenchi drawing, so I can't really take credit for it I guess. >_>
Rachel :)This is Rachel in her cat-form. Not many people know this but she can turn into a cat, really. Based this off of a picture I had of her at the time...gosh, like four years ago. This one has a real soft spot in my heart. :)
