In order to go to Transfiguration Class, you must study out of the book for three days. After studying, you have to build up you Spell Power to 5,000. Then you can learn a Transfiguration Spell. When you use this spell, you can turn your opponent into a worm, in which you automatically win and the opponent has to go the Hospital Wing. This move takes four days to learn.
