***************

It was 6:00 PM when there was a knock at the door. “Come in!” a cheerful voice came from down the hall.

Ariel opened the door. “Angel? Heero? I‘m here.” She was grinning from ear to ear, knowing full well that tonight was going to be a blast. She was wearing a thin strapped, low-cut, thigh-length black velvet dress that had an ankle-length sheer black material that started in the front, right under her chest, all the way around her back and dropped, kind of like a cape, open in the front, but not starting at her shoulders. She had on black sandal-like 5-inch stiletto heels that strapped around her ankles and up her calves three times around. Her neck was adorned with a black velvet choker that had silver stars on it. She wore silver earrings that spiraled down about 2 inches, a matching silver watch on her left wrist, and 2 silver bracelets on her right. Her bluish-black-brown hair was stick-straight, but the silver she was wearing brought out a sapphire-bluish highlight to her hair. She had just enough make-up on her face to accentuate some of her most prominent facial features.

She walked inside her friend Angel’s apartment and stood by the window, holding her small velvet purse. She looked outside at the beautiful star-filled sky, smiling. She knew that her friend was going to enjoy this evening.

Duo, dressed in dark blue dress pants with a white button shirt topped with a matching dark blue jacket, emerged quietly from the kitchen, freezing in his tracks upon seeing the figure of his friend. Although she had her back turned to him, he knew she was looking rather hot.

Heero, dressed in black tuxedo with a white shirt, and black bow-tie came up right behind him, patting him on the shoulder when he, too, froze.

Ariel heard the slight sound and turned around, her hair flowing back as she did. She saw both Heero and Duo, looking sharp, but staring right at her. Her face started to turn shades of crimson as she looked away. She knew that both men were looking terribly sexy but the look on their faces was too much for her.

Heero took a step towards her; his eyes trailing up and down her body. The dress fitted perfectly on her, showing all her curves. “And to think that I have the honor of going out on a date with this fabulous-looking, sexy lady.” He walked towards her, standing close enough, placing his right hand on her chin, turning it so she faced him, her face still red. “Don’t be embarrassed Ariel.” He took each of her hands in his, stepped back and looked at her. “You look incredibly beautiful tonight.” His rare yet genuine smile relaxed her and her lips curved into a beautiful smile.

“There we go!” Duo grinned as he, too, walked towards them. “A beautiful smile from a beautiful lady.” He walked around her, smiling and nodding. He leaned in to whisper in her ear, “Are you sure you want to go out with him?” He glanced at Heero, who started to get a little mad.

Ariel giggled and spoke. “Duo, you are quite the charmer, but,” she looked at Heero and then back at him, “but, I am on a date tonight with Heero. You have to watch over Angel during her date tonight. It was part of the deal.” She looked up at Heero and nodded. “Farooq and Bradshaw have already arrived at the place, both dressed incredibly handsome as well.” She looked at Heero and then at Duo, smiling as her eyes wandered all over their bodies. “You both are looking rather sexy yourselves.” She smiled and stepped away, dropping Heero’s hands.

Duo grinned and reached out to her. “Don’t I at least get a hug or something?” He gave her a puppy-dog look that was hard to resist.

Heero smirked. “If he gets one, then I get one too.”

“Hey!” Duo protested. “You’ll be with this sexy-mamma all evening. I at least want some sort of embrace from her.” He put his hands on his hips, glaring at Heero.

“Boys! Boys! Boys!” Ariel intervened, pushing them apart. “There is enough of me for both of you.” She smirked at them. “I promise.” She wrapped her arms around Duo.

In return, Duo did the same, holding her close. He bent down slightly to kiss her forehead. “That’s all I wanted.” She pulled back and smiled at him, lifting her face up to kiss his cheek.

Ariel stepped away and turned to face Heero, holding out her arms.

He grinned and walked into her arms, holding her just as close as Duo had, and hugging the girl they had all grown to love. “Tonight is going to be interesting.“ He let her step away, smiling at her.

She nodded. “Yeah,” she trailed off as her face turned serious. “I have warned him with what will happen should he try anything or let anything happen to Angel.” She was referring to Angel’s date. “I’m sure Farooq, Bradshaw, and Duo will be watching and will hurt him if he tries anything, or if anything goes too far for that matter.” She smirked, turning to Heero. “I know you will do things to him, as well. But,” she cocked her head to the side, still smirking, “I think he’s more scared of me than any of you.”

“Why is that?” Duo asked, stepping next to Heero, who had crossed his arms across his chest.

She remained smirking. “Because I know how to make his life a living hell, after getting a severe ass whooping.”

“To think that someone as HOT as her can do that much damage to someone,” Duo said as he shook his head.

Heero nodded in agreement. “If Angel never told me about her, and if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes, I would have never ever, in a million years thought that this girl was as dangerous, as cunning, as influential as she looked.” He looked at her again, smiling softly. “I know Ariel, thank you.” His eyes met hers as he nodded.

“You’re welcome,” was her soft reply. She sighed and looked at her watch. “So...where is your girl, Heero? He should be here in a few minutes.”

There was a giggle approaching them. “You know, the look on both of your faces at just gawking over Ariel was definitely a Kodak moment.” The voice spoke as she looked at Duo and Heero.

She stopped next to Ariel, looking at her, motioning her to twirl around and nodded. “Ariel, you look stunning.” She smiled and held out her arms for a hug.

Ariel gladly accepted and hugged her friend. She took a step back and smiled, “You’re definitely going to be a showstopper Angel.”

Angel wore a sapphire blue dress, with matching rhinestones at the hem, stopping just above her knees, with a slit going up to mid-thigh on both sides. The spaghetti straps were adorned with tiny matching rhinestones. There was a sheer sapphire blue scarf hanging from both her arms, wrapping around her body. She wore a short diamond necklace and had matching earrings that were about an inch-long thin strip. Her shoes were the same blue color, similar to Ariel’s but wrapping only once at her ankles and only 3 1/2 inches high. She wore light make up as well. Her long golden wavy hair fell loosely down her body, just reaching her butt. She held a small matching purse in her neatly manicured hands.

Heero’s eyes nodded in approval. He and Duo had already seen Angel so they were both able to have gotten their initial reactions out, unlike when Ariel had arrived. But still, Heero’s eyes darkened with desire at the sight of his girlfriend.

“Well, then,” Angel spoke as she sat down on the couch, encouraging them to follow suit. “I guess we play the waiting game, huh?” She smiled as she looked around the room.

Ariel smirked as she walked over to the door. “Not necessarily.” She looked at her watch. “3...2...1...” There was a knock at the door. Ariel smiled mischievously at the other three people and opened the door.

“Damn girl!” A man’s voice was heard. “I’m going to tell Vince to get you body guards 24/7! Look at ya!” The man’s blue eyes trailed up and down her body, shocked. “You look gorgeous! But what will the Rock and the others have to say when I tell them that you go out in public dressing like that. You know Rock will probably lock you away in order to protect you.” He shook his head, smirking, fidgeting with the small package he carried.

Ariel blushed again and closed her eyes, sighing. “The sad thing is that I know you’re right.” She took his hand, and led him inside, closing the door.

“Everyone...this is Stone Cold Steve Austin...Steve,” Ariel introduced him to the others. “Steve,...this is Duo,” pointing to the man in a dark blue suit, then pointed to Heero, “that is Heero...and this...” she smiled as she pointed to Angel, “is Angel...your date.”

“Well, I’ll be...” Austin started. He took a step towards Angel, extending his hand. “You’re just as beautiful as Ariel had told me.”

Angel accepted his hand, her face in complete shock that she was meeting Stone Cold Steve Austin. The wrestler she lusted for. She was speechless.

He wore a black tuxedo with a white shirt. His black tie was adorned with little WWF attitude logos all over it. He had a white flower in his pocket. It was definitely a change from what everyone normally saw of him.

Austin smiled and turned around to face Ariel, asking her for help with the small package. He took out a white rose corsage that was adorned in silvery tinsel. He offered it to Angel. “Ariel told me that I had to act like a gentleman, or else she’d kick my ass.” Ariel smirked and nodded as he placed the corsage on Angel’s right wrist. “Ariel is one of my closest friends. When she asked me if I would take you out on a friendly dinner date, I couldn’t say no. My wife, Debra, is out visiting family and said it was fine for me to join you, at Ariel’s request of course.” He smiled at her as he finished putting on the corsage, stepping away. “Now you look even more beautiful.”

Ariel smiled. Her friend did, indeed, look stunning. She turned to Austin, nodding.

With that, Austin turned to Heero. “Heero, I know she is the love of your love. I wouldn’t do anything to hurt her, I promise. Besides,” he briefly glanced over his shoulder at Ariel, “you STILL don’t know what she is capable of doing. Trust me on that one.” He smiled. “It is an honor to take Angel on a date. I will respect that she is taken, she is yours, and that she is Ariel’s friend. I’m not at all completely like the red-necked rattlesnake I portray on TV.” He offered his hand to Heero.

Heero stared at the man. After a few seconds, he accepted his hand and shook it, nodding. “I will hold you to your word.”

Ariel smiled as she looked around the room. “Okay then...we ready?” Everyone nodded to each other. “Then let’s boogie.” She opened the door and locked it for Angel when everyone made their way outside.

There was a black limousine waiting outside. Ariel smirked. She figured that Austin would treat Angel like a queen on their date tonight.

The chauffer got out to open the door for them. Austin stood next to the door so Angel and Duo could go in.

Angel stared wide-eyed at the limousine. It was beautiful. She turned towards Heero, holding his hand. “Thank you for letting me have this date with Stone Cold, Hee-chan.” She leaned in close for an intimate kiss.

Heero kissed her back thoroughly. He pulled away, slightly breathless. “You’re welcome Angel...” He kissed her forehead and nodded towards Austin. “He’s waiting for you.”

Angel nodded and walked towards the limousine, slowly getting in.

“Duo...if you don’t watch over her, I will kill you,” Heero told his friend as he watched her enter the limousine.

“I will,” Duo answered, stepping over to go in the limousine.

Ariel got closer to Heero, nodding to Austin as he got into the black car and watched as the chauffer closed the door and got into the driver’s seat. “He will be a gentleman, Heero. If he isn’t, his ass is mine...” her voice was serious as she watched them pull away.

“Poor him,” Heero answered before turning to look at her, picking up her right hand and placing a kiss on it, getting her attention. “Well, my lady, it’s you and me tonight.” He smiled at her. “Where to?”

Ariel blushed slightly when he kissed her hand. “You’re such a gentleman.” She took out her keys from her purse. “I hope you like the place we’re going. It has a variety of foods, ranging from American to Oriental to Spanish to French... and a lot more too.” She cocked her head looking at him. “There is a lot of dancing and stuff to do there. I’m sure you’d like to take Angel there another time.” She smirked. “Plus...I have a special surprise for you later on.”

He raised an eyebrow, questioningly, “What kind of surprise?”

“If I told you, it wouldn’t be a surprise, now would it?” She grinned at him, lifting her face to kiss his cheek. “Let’s go!” She tugged at his hand, urging him to join her. She led him to her shiny black camaro. She unlocked the doors and they both got in.

Heero eyed her as she turned on the car. “Um...Ariel?” She looked at him. “Are you sure you can drive in those heels?”

The girl in black grinned. “Of course I can! I’ve been doing it way too long.” She put on her radio, smiled at him and took off.

Their drive was full of conversation. They spoke about her job, Dick’s job, how Dick has been gone for a few days with work and more things about her. They also spoke about his duties, a little about his past, Angel, the future. They both enjoyed each other’s company and spoke about the loves of their lives freely.

They pulled up to their destination at about 7:00PM. Ariel let the man at the valet parking take her car. Heero held out his arm, allowing her to link hers through. They walked inside. The host recognized her and took them to a table, a little off of the dance floor. He held out her chair, and then sat down, smiling and looking around.

“Hun...relax,” she told him as she placed her purse on the table. “You’re here with me, we’re friends. Okay?” She slightly raised an eyebrow.

“You’re right Ariel. We’ll have fun.” He grinned at her, winking.

“Good.” The waiter came, took a drink order, returned with them and took their dinner order.

Heero got her attention and nodded. “I’ll pay for tonight...”

She shook her head, “No Heero. You’re not.” Her face was serious and then she smirked. “Besides...you’re my date and my friend.”

He sighed. He knew that she would not take no for answer. “Fine...but I will kidnap you another day and take you out on a date, MY TREAT.”

“You got yourself another date,” she smiled, lifting her glass up. “To friendship, fun, love, and destiny.” She winked at him.

He rose his glasses and hit it with hers, “Here, here!” They toasted and sat back to enjoy each other’s company.

The limousine pulled to the driveway of the restaurant. It looked like a giant palace. It had a ballroom and a view outside.

Austin stepped out, holding his hand out for Angel, who was followed by Duo. He led them inside. Upon entering he noticed two men waiting in the hall.

“Farooq! Bradshaw!” he got the attention of a black man and a taller white man. Both were looking great but looked a little scary at the same time.

They walked over. Both dressed in suits and shook hands with Steve.

“This is Duo...” Austin pointed to the man in the dark blue suit. “He’ll be watching us with you guys.”

Duo shook their hands, nodding. “It’s a pleasure to meet you.”

“Same here man,” Farooq, the black man, smiled.

“We gotta watch over out boy Austin and make sure he doesn’t get too carried away,” Bradshaw joked.

Austin glared at them and then turned to introduce them to Angel. “This is Angel.”

Farooq and Bradshaw had noticed her before but when they really looked at her they were shocked.

“Daamn, Austin,” Farooq started. “You try anything with her and we’ll hurt you so bad that Ariel will come after us for doing so.”

Bradshaw agreed. “It’s a pleasure meeting you, Angel.” He turned to Duo. “Let’s go to the bar and get a drink. We’ll watch from over there.” He placed an arm around Duo’s shoulders and led him to the bar, with Farooq alongside him.

Austin smirked. “They’re good people.” He looked at her, smiling, “let’s go.” He led her to their table and sat down, and within a few minutes, they had ordered drinks, dinner and sat talking, waiting for their food to arrive.

Ariel and Heero waited for their dinner to arrive. She had ordered a Spanish cuisine: yellow rice mixed with pink beans and roasted pork. Heero had ordered a Chinese/Japanese mixed plate: Sushi and chicken fried rice. They each had a salad along with a shared appetizer sampler platter including mozzarella sticks, buffalo wings, onion rings, French fries, and chicken fingers.

“I love this food,” Ariel told him while she took a bite from a mozzarella stick. She giggled as the melted cheese started oozing out.

Heero laughed at her. “Sweetheart, it’s supposed to go in your mouth, not on your fingers.”

She briefly glared at him and then smirked. “Well, at least I didn’t let honey mustard sauce nearly get on my clothes.”

Heero nodded and laughed with her. “True, true. If it weren’t for your quickness, I’d be wearing a nice yellowish spot on my white shirt.”

The waiter returned to take their plates away and ask them if they’d like another drink.

Ariel looked at Heero and smiled. “Um...could I have a Malibu Bay Breeze, please?” The waiter nodded and looked at Heero.

He cocked his head and looked at her. “I’d like to have a Tequila Sunrise, please?” He smiled at her and then at the waiter. “Oh, and two waters, please?”

“I shall bring them momentarily,” the waiter told them and left.

She smiled at Heero. “I hope you’re enjoying the night.” She grinned. “I know I am. It’s not every day that a girl goes out on a date with her best friend’s boyfriend.”

“Of course I am Ariel. I love being with you. And if it weren’t that I were madly in love with Angel, I’d be fighting Duo for you.” He took her hand and squeezed it, giving her a wink.

Ariel smiled shyly and blushed. “You and Duo are great. I love you both dearly.” Her voice was sincere but there was a touch of sadness in it.

Heero picked up on it immediately. He squeezed her hand again, getting her attention. “What’s wrong?”

She gave him a weak smile. “Sometimes I wish that Dick was able to be around more. I love him very much but it hurts not being with him often.” She sighed. “C’est la vie, ne?” She nodded to herself and smiled. “But at least, I have great friends to be with when he’s not around.” She squeezed his hand this time.

He nodded. “That’s true. You can always count on me,” he began and paused, smiling. “on all of us.”

The waiter arrived with their drinks and then returned once again with their food. Upon serving, he spoke, “If you need anything before I return, please call me.” He nodded at Ariel and then at Heero. “Bon appetit!” He left.

Ariel grinned and picked up her glass to take a sip.

Heero picked up his and stopped her from drinking. “Another toast, please?” When she nodded, he continued. “To a great evening.”

They clinked their glasses, took a sip, and began eating.

Austin and Angel finished eating their dinners. He had recommended the lasagna and they both had the same dish. Prior to that, they each had a salad. They spoke nearly the entire time. The waiter came and took their dirty plates away, and asked them if they’d like desert.

Angel smirked. She couldn’t resist and asked the waiter, “Do you have Pie?”

The waiter nodded. “Yes ma’am. We have apple, pumpkin, coconut cream, lemon chiffon, cherry and chocolate pie.”

Austin tried to stifle a glass. He picked up on her question and shook his head.

“I’ll have a piece of chocolate pie, please? With a side of vanilla ice cream.” She told the waiter, grinning and looking at Austin.

“I’ll have a piece of that apple pie with chocolate ice cream,” Austin told the waiter.

In return, the waiter nodded and left. He brought back their order right away.

“That was fast,” Angel stated. She smiled as she took a bite of the chocolate pie. “Delicious.” She looked at Austin and nodded.

“It better be. It’s Ariel’s favorite,” he told her. “The boys and I like to take her out sometimes. This is one of the places we go to.” He took a bite of the apple pie. “This is good as well.” He looked at her. “Wanna try it?”

Angel looked up, slightly shocked seeing him cut a piece of pie, taking some ice cream and holding it out to her. “Sure!” She took the bite, closing her eyes. “Mm...it is good.” She held a piece of her chocolate pie to him. “Here!”

He chuckled and accepted the piece. “You remind me a lot of Ariel.” He smiled at her. “I’m glad to know that you’re her friend.”

“I’m very happy that she is my friend too,” Angel told him.

Across the dance floor, at the bar, Duo, Farooq, and Bradshaw watched the two intently. The two wrestlers each had a beer in their hand. Duo left his beer on the counter and watched.

Bradshaw chuckled. “She so reminds me of our Ariel.”

“That’s exactly what I was thinking,” Farooq told him. He looked over at Duo. “Ariel’s gotten us to try so many things here because she insists on it.” He grinned and then the black man’s face turned serious. “I hope your boy Heero doesn’t try anything on her.”

Duo smirked. “Ariel’s in good hands. Heero loves her and wouldn’t do anything to harm her, or let anyone hurt her as well.” He looks at the man. “Besides, I think she would teach him a brief lesson if he did try something.” He looked over at Austin and Angel. “What about him? He tries anything and I will break every bone in his body.”

Bradshaw nodded. “We’ll gladly help. But Steve won’t try anything. He respects and loves Ariel too much to hurt her.”

Duo smiled softly. “Many people feel that way about her, huh?”

Angel and Austin finished their deserts and sat back in their seats. The DJ had begun playing music and Angel swayed in her seat to the rhythm of the songs.

Austin watched her. He was having a great time tonight and hoped she was as well. “Enjoying yourself?”

Angel closed her eyes, rocking her head. She heard his voice and opened them, smiling. “Yes...I am.” Her eyes were shining.

He moved his chair back and stood up. “Wanna dance?” He held out his hand to her, palm up.

She grinned as she placed her hand gently in his, moving her chair back and getting up as well. “Sure.”

Austin led her down the steps to the dance floor and smirked at himself, shaking his head when he heard the first few words of the next song.

*Hey Baby! Hey Baby! Hey! Girls say...boys say!*

Angel gave him a confused look and he told her it was one of Ariel’s songs. She grinned. Judging from the first few beats of the song, she figured it was danceable.

*Hey Baby! Hey Baby! Hey! Hey baby, baby*

Ariel snapped her head up and grinned when she heard the song being played. She and Heero had finished their dinners and were not ready to order desert just yet. She looked at her date and asked him, “Wanna dance?” Her eyes showed excitement.

Heero looked at her with amusement. “I take it you like this song?” He grinned as he got up and pulled out her chair, taking her hand and going to the dance floor.

*I’m the good girl that hangs with the guys
Like a fly on the wall with my secret eyes
Takin’ it in, try to be feminine
With my makeup bag watchin’ all the sin*

Angel immediately picked up the beat and began swaying to the song. She smiled as she made eye contact with Duo and the two men at the bar. She turned and grinned at Austin who had just settled himself with the beat.

*Misfit, I sit
Lip up, wicked
Everybody else around or by the girls
With their tank tops and their flirty ways*

A good majority of the people at both restaurants had gotten up and began dancing. The DJ lowered the main lights and put on the colorful disco lights, moving around.

*I’m just sippin’ on chamomile
Watching boys and girls with their sex appeal
With a stranger in my face who says he knows my mom
And went to my high school*

Ariel loosened up completely as she pulled Heero close to her with both hands grabbing onto collar of his white shirt. She whispered to him, “Don’t worry...I won’t bite ya!” She winked as she rocked her hips wildly near his, closing her eyes.

*All the boys say
Hey baby, hey baby, hey
Girls say, girls say
Hey baby, hey baby, hey
Hey baby, baby*

Heero smirked feeling Ariel very close to him. He startled her when he placed his right hand at the small of her back and let the other hand hang freely next to them. “I pick up on things easily,” he whispered in her ear.

*Hey baby, hey baby, hey
Boys say, boys say
Hey baby, hey baby, hey
All the boys get the girls in the back, back, back*

Angel tangled her hands in her hair as she moved to the beat. Her eyes drifted closed as she continued dancing to the pumping rhythm.

*I’m the one they feed upon
Give a bit a star is born
And if you had enough you’ll get the pass
And you can tell your friends how made it back*

Austin nervously looked at the men at the bar. All three were watching his every move. He lifted his right hand to cup her cheek, getting her attention. “I’m sorry if I’m not dancing much with you.” He glances at the bar. “I don’t want to do anything that will get them running over here.”

Angel smiled and nodded. “Don’t worry about them.” She pulled him close and began swaying with him to the music. She grinned when he relaxed and put his hands on her waist.

*No matter what they say I’m still the same
Somehow everybody knows my name
And all the girls wanna get with the boys
And the boys really like it*

Austin smiled at Angel and began to accentuate certain movements as his body moved to each side.

Angel matched his sways almost perfectly.

*All the boys say
Hey baby, hey baby, hey
Girls say, girls say
Hey baby, hey baby, hey
Hey baby, baby*

The three men watched from the bar as Austin and Angel danced.

“Think we have to step in yet?” Farooq asked Bradshaw.

“Nah...not yet,” the other man told him. “If he tries to sway south then we will, okay buddy?” He glanced at Duo, who was watching the two carefully.

“Okay...” was all the violet-eyed soldier said.

*Hey baby, hey baby, hey
Boys say, boys say
Hey baby, hey baby, hey
All the boys get the girls in the back*

Heero took one of Ariel’s hands and twirled her around. Once her back was towards him, he let go of her hand and pulled her towards him by the waist. He smirked as he continued to rock to the rhythm.

*Check it out, it’s Bounty Killer, No Doubt*

She raised her eyebrow as she glanced back to see Heero’s smirk. She nodded to herself as she agreed to continue his little game.

*Jump on the stage ‘cause we goin’ crazy
Afterwards myself and one of the gorgeous ladies
There is no need to be actin’ shady
C’mon baby, hey, hey baby*

Ariel relaxed her shoulders completely as she leaned her head back onto Heero. She smirked to herself as she let her hands slide up and down the sides of his legs, and slowly rocked them both downwards.

*Jump on the stage ‘cause we goin’ crazy
Afterwards myself and one of these gorgeous ladies
There is no need to be actin’ crazy
C’mon baby, hey, hey baby*

Austin smiled at Angel when she looked up at him. He shrugged his shoulders and placed one hand on her hip and held her other hand by his chest. Moving to the reggae-rock beat of the music, he moved further to the left and the right.

*When you rock your hips you know that - it amaze me
Caught me off the hook and nothing else don’t phase me
Try to be my one and only sunshine baby
It no maybe, hey baby*

Angel’s smile told him how she felt. She moved to each side with him, pulling herself closer to him with the arm she wrapped around his waist.

*I’m just sippin’ on chamomile
Watching boys and girls and their sex appeal
With a stranger in my face who says he knows my mom
And went to my high school*

Heero raised his eyebrow at Ariel’s movements, but figured out he deserved her payback for starting to tease her. He flipped her around so she was facing him.

Ariel smirked at him as she slipped on leg between his and left the other one just outside his other leg. Wrapping one arm around his waist and the other around his neck, bringing him close, she continued to sway them down to the ground, letting her shoulders move with the rest of her body, like a snake.

*All the boys say
Hey baby, hey baby, hey
Girls say, girls say
Hey baby, hey baby, hey
Hey baby, baby*

Angel smiled to herself as she leaned her head onto Austin’s chest. She closed her eyes slightly as she let him sway her on the dance floor.

*Hey baby, hey baby, hey
Boys say, boys say
Hey baby, hey baby, hey
Try to be my one and only sunshine lady*

Duo watched Angel carefully as her eyes drifted close. He had a slight scowl on his face as he watched Austin wrap his arms around her waist, pulling her closer.

Bradshaw glanced over at Duo, tossing an arm around his shoulders. “Relax boy...he won’t try anything” The longhaired Texan looked over at the dance floor, smirking.

“Otherwise he’ll be in trouble, you know that already,” Farooq continued. He also smirked seeing the two dance.

Duo nodded slowly as he started playing with the end of his long braid.

*Hey baby, hey baby, hey
Girls say, girls say
Hey baby, hey baby, hey
When you rock your hips you that - it amaze me*

Austin bent his head down, settling it on her shoulder, leaning towards hers. He continued to lead her as his eyes closed and a smile appeared on his face.

*Hey baby, hey baby, hey
Boys say, boys say
Hey baby, hey baby, hey
All the boys get the girls in the back*

Ariel tossed her head back, letting her eyes close momentarily before settling to look back at Heero’s face. Slowly moving them back up, she grinned as the song came to an end. She lifted her head up to kiss his cheek. “Thanks for the dance.” She winked at him.

Heero smiled and shook his head as he pulled her closer to him, giving her a nice, warm hug. He pulled back slightly, kissed her forehead. “You’re welcome.”

She took his hand and led them back to their table.

Austin smiled at her when the song ended. He took her hand, raised it to his lips, kissing it. “It was a pleasure, Miss Angel.”

The gleam in Angel’s eyes was enough to show her gratitude. She blushed when he kissed her hand and continued blushing as he returned them back to their seats.

They sat down and took several sips of their drinks.

He looked at his watch and nodded. “Angel...it is almost time I take you back.” He saw her face sadden. “But don’t worry. I had such a great time with you. I’ll be sure to ask Ariel again if we can all hang out and do something one day, okay?”

Angel felt her eyes well up with tears. “Sure!” She could barely contain her happiness at the thought of meeting with Austin again; this time, it would be all of them together.

He began putting on his tuxedo jacket. He stood up and extended his arm. “Shall we, Miss Angel?” He smiled at her.

She nodded as she grabbed her little purse and linked her arm through his. “Let’s shall.”

They walked over to the bar. He nodded at the men as Angel let go, kissed Duo on the cheek, as well as Farooq and Bradshaw.

Duo eyed Austin carefully, then grinned. “You know, I did have my doubts about you.” He extended his hand, “I’m sorry I wasn’t as trusting.”

Austin nodded at Duo, accepting his hand. “I wouldn’t blame you at all. She is a special lady and I wouldn’t want anything to happen to her either.” He glanced at her and then at his watch. “But...,” he looked up at Duo. “It is time to go. The chauffer should be waiting outside already.”

Duo nodded and smirked. “Okay.” He knew the general idea of the plans for the rest of the night. He shook hands with the other two men, grinning. “It’s been real, dudes. Maybe we can meet again for another drink.”

“You bet!” Farooq nodded and clapped his hand on Bradshaw’s shoulder.

“Make sure she gets home safe, Steve!” Bradshaw called over his shoulder as Austin, Angel and Duo made their way outside to meet up with the awaiting limousine.

They got in and drove off.

Ariel took a sip of her drink, smiling at Heero. “You are quite a silent charmer, Heero.” She winked at him. “Makes sense, since I’m a total flirt.”

He grinned at her. “Hey...I learn quickly. And since I trust you, I mind much.” He looked at his watch, causing her to do the same.

Her eyes widened slightly and smirked. “I think it’s time we head out. There is one more place I want to show you before we go back home to meet Angel and the others.” She grabbed her purse, opening it up to take out a mirror and her lipstick. She added some more color to her lips and put it away to look up at Heero, who had put on his jacket once again and had his hand extended towards her. She smiled as she took it, standing up and they walked together.

Upon passing by the host, she told him to keep the tab on her account for the next time. The host nodded and bid them a good evening.

Heero wrapped an arm around her bare shoulders as they walked to her car. He didn’t want her to get sick from the cool, crisp air.

She unlocked the car and he opened the door for her. She turned it on while he walked around and got in. She looked over at him and smiled. “You’re such a gentleman.”

He blushed slightly as she drove off.

The black limousine stopped by in front of a beige building with large trees in the front. Austin got out, slightly nodding and winking at Duo. All of this completely unaware to Angel who was too busy looking outside, slightly confused. He held out a hand to Angel, who looked at him and cautiously took it. She turned back to look at Duo, but he was looking out of the other side of the window.

“Austin?” She looked at him as he led her out of the car. She looked around, confused. “Where...?”

He silenced her by leaning down, placing his lips on hers, kissing her full on the lips. He wrapped his arms around her waist, closing his eyes.

Angel’s eyes widened at first, from shock, but then closed, letting him kiss her. When he pulled away, they were both breathless.

Duo watched from outside of the limousine, grinning and turned to run around the side of the building to his destination.

His chestnut-colored ponytail flying behind him as he reached the open window of the room. He climbed in to see that Heero was sitting in a chair, not looking too happy. Ariel was standing by the door, looking out the peephole. Trowa was standing behind Heero with his hands on the Perfect Soldier’s shoulders.

“He’s here, Miss Ariel,” Trowa spoke as he brushed back his hair.

Heero turned to look at Duo, anger on his face. “You were supposed to be watching Angel! Where is she??” He turned to look at Ariel. “And what is the meaning of this?”

Ariel sighed as she walked over to Heero, kneeling down in front of him, holding his chin in her hand. “Heero, babe. You know I wouldn’t do anything too detrimental to you.” She smirked and kissed the corner of his lips. “Besides...it’s a surprise.” She smiled at him lovingly.

Heero sighed and nodded. “If I didn’t love you as much as I did, I’d kill you all right now.”

Duo grinned at Trowa who nodded back at him.

Ariel heard voices outside and walked towards the door, looking out the peephole. She smirked to herself as she saw Austin and Angel. “Ready guys?” she whispered as she looked back to see Trowa and Duo nod. Heero just stared at her. She blew him a kiss before she flicked off the light switch.

Outside, Austin had leaned Angel back on the door. He had one hand on the door by her left ear, and his right hand fumbled with the doorknob.

Ariel took the cue and opened the door slowly, letting the man push Angel back towards the bed.

Once she had stumbled onto back, when she felt another’s presence on the bed. Her eyes widened as the lights went back on. Her eyes turned to see Heero being pushed onto the bed by Trowa and Duo. Then she looked back towards the foot of the bed, to see Austin grinning from ear-to-ear with Ariel coming up from behind him.

“I told you would have a surprise tonight, didn’t I?” Ariel smiled at them. She hugged Austin and then turned to Duo, who had walked over and wrapped his arms around her, and kissed him on the cheek.

Heero blushed slightly and looked at Angel. “Hey baby...” he smiled at her. “I didn’t know a damn thing.” He shook his head.

Angel nodded her head. “I didn’t know a thing either.” She looked at Heero lovingly. “We had dinner, danced...and then he said he was going to take us home. Next thing I know, he had us outside, kissed me, and then led me here. I was actually starting to get a little nervous, but...” she shook her head and looked at Ariel. “Sis...you’re a little sneak.”

Ariel beamed. “But you love me no matter what.” She glanced at Duo, Austin, and Trowa. “They were all in on it. Heero, remember when I told you Trowa couldn’t make it during dinner? Well, he was here setting everything up.” She winked at Trowa who nodded his head. “Duo was watching Angel and Austin and then came in through the window.” She kissed his cheek again. “And Austin took her out on a date, danced, gave her a kiss, and brought her to the room. Just as planned.” She hugged him again.

Angel just stared at Ariel, speechless.

Ariel sighed. “Well, my part is finished. Let’s go guys!” She took Austin’s hand and led him to the door, followed by Trowa and Duo.

“Ariel! Wait!” Heero called out to her. He walked over to her with Angel at his side. He took Ariel’s hand, pulling her close. “Don’t forget that I am paying the next date we have.” He winked at her. “And...I’ll get you back for this!” He smirked at her.

Ariel raised her eyebrow as she turned to look at Angel.

“I’ll help you out Hee-chan,” Angel agreed. She looked at Ariel. “You’re so going to get it.”

Ariel smirked. “Oh really?”

Heero smiled at Angel and then nodded at Ariel. He pulled her closer and kissed her cheek, whispering in her ear. “I will get you back...and thank you.”

Ariel pulled away and nodded. “My pleasure.” She grinned at him and then at Angel. “Go...have fun!!” She winked as she pushed them both back and closed the door.

Duo wrapped his arms around her, “Well, it worked out.” He grinned at her.

“Yes. It was not that difficult getting here at all, Miss Ariel,” Trowa stated.

“Good,” Ariel agreed. She placed a note under the door that read: “Use the limousine that is waiting outside to get home. The chauffer knows his way. ~Ariel”

They walked outside and over to the black camaro that was parked in the darkest section of the parking lot.

“Let’s go guys!” Ariel said as she got in the car. She smiled at them all and left to take Austin to his hotel and take the boys home.

Inside the hotel room, Heero had stalked Angel enough and pinned her on the bed. She let out a slight scream of excitement.

“Scream all you want. They won’t hear you,” he smirked as he covered her body with his.

Angel quirked her eyebrow. “What do you mean?”

Heero kissed her lips lightly. “Ariel apparently made it clear to Trowa to get soundproof walls.”

“She is going to get it one of these days!!” Angel grinned.

“Yeah...” he kissed her nose. “But right now, let’s make good use of this room. We don’t have to be out until 11AM. It’s only a little after midnight.” He bent down and kissed her thoroughly as he reached out and flicked off the lamp switch by the bed.
