2/1/05- being that this is black history month, i might as well talk about...black people and black history month of course...february has always been one of my favorite months just cause we'd finally get to talk about black achievement in class and what not...growing it, it does just kinda seem false when it's so obvious that we could learn about this stuff year round instead of one month a year...the way that networks and businesses recognize the month is so trivial because they're only doing to keep up "appearances" to reflect "true diversity"...on another 'black' subject, i must say that i hate when they show the angry black man/woman on tv (especially in these times)...after all the learning that these angry bastards do, they make themselves look like assholes by using former oppression to oppress themselves (don't agree, the most recent example: Karamo, Real World) and there's so many ironic contradictions about that but w/e...i'm gettin a bit winded so i'm go iron. gracias.

2/10/05-hello everyone, talkin to my niglette kia, i'm pretty sure that i'm one of the few who probably won't go see hitch..i really wanna go, but my sinuses are still acting up, plus both 'lovers' and friends are tied up, honestly i wanna just chill with somebody. it would be so cool if i could just pop a hella big bowl of popcorn and just watch a movie like the wiz or something..my nose is running like marion jones from steriod indicators..then again tell me why valentine's day, a day that is just like any other day (a monday this year at that) makes people get all cuddly and mushy..anyway, i'm not gon lie i'm jealous, ya'll know the kind of romantic i am, so i'ma leave the rest of this to the imagination. gracias.

2/15/05-hi, sup peeps, right now i'm thinkin about hip-hop, rap whatever you wanna call it..after reading various issues of vibe i've really realized how stagnant mainstream hip hop is..there is very little bits of originality in the game and there is really no exceeding rappers beside nas who just really stands out in the game..speaking of game, i will give him credit for being slightly refreshing than other cloned east coast and southern rappers..and speaking of southern rappers i gotta give t.i his props for urban legend, it's a better sound for him that reaches beyond the south..however i must exit, this new angelfire is making my eyes hurt. gracias.

2/24/05-God..why couldn't it be friday? i hate waking up at 6 in the fucking morning...drives me crazy..today i've been achillin' tryin not to fantasize about my teachers cause iono..something about the fact that i know i can't have them and that i could get them in trouble by flirting only makes me want to do it more..oh boy..you know i feel as if lately i've been coming into myself as a writer. it seems like everytime i turn around there's an opportunity for me to flexing my pen muscle..i basically wrote and coproduced the 'brotherhood assembly' (aka the black history month progam), with all these damn scholarships i've been writing essays like crazy and becoming more comfortable with what mr. holzemer dubbed as my complicated rubberband style and i've been really enjoying writing poetry and performing more..yeah i perform to myself but i really wanna be confident that everything is skintight when i finally pic a mic up..w/e, have you ever seen somebody just be bitchy as hell..for reasons that you'll never understand in your life? and this isn't necessarily just women but men too..it's like 'damn, who shitted in your corn flakes this morning?' ..i'm so ready to graduate. gracias.
