Welcome to Ronin Fellowship

Thank you for visiting the website of one of the oldest guilds on this server. If you have just joined or are in the process of considering joining I can assure you that this guild is here to stay and we will be providing help to all new members with items and advice. If you have questions about us, you can contact me at anytime by e-mail or the two guild leaders Congandan and Disturbance in game.

Our primary goal as leaders of Ronin Fellowship is to provide help to new players who are not yet familiar to the vastness of Dark Age of Camelot. We can do this by grouping with you and promoting grouping with other guild members to help our guild grow strong. We have many items in our vaults for our guild members who are loyal and kind to each other. We do not wish our guild to become hated because of a few minor incidents. Our main rule is just to have fun while playing.

Ronin Fellowship's Origins

There was a guild which was once mighty and powerful, and whose power was well known. It was a guild established in the early days of the Dark Times and its name was Dragos Neros -- the Black Dragons. When Desiderius came to this guild it was in decline, yet it retained a core of valiant members. Desiderius sought to increase the Dragons' power once more by recruiting heavily and re-organizing. But some of the older, powerful members of Dragos Neros did not like Desiderius' methods. They liked the small, tight knit group the Dragons were already and did not welcome new members. These people also resented Desiderius as they did not believe he deserved the power and rank he had attained. Desiderius was a loyal Dragon. But things finally came to a head when he attempted to organize a guild grouping night and only the new members of Dragos came, and his one friend in the old establishment, Neligula. All of the other powerful Dragons either did not like Desiderius or had already abandoned Dragos for other guilds. At this point Desiderius realized his time with the Dragons was over, and left. Many came with him. Some went their own way, but many followed Desiderius to Tir na Nog where a new alliance of players was formed. Though there was much discussion on what to call themselves and no one ever ended up seeing totally eye to eye, Ronin Fellowship was formed. Ronin, meaning masterless samurai, depicted our freedom from oppressive rules and also displayed our feeling of abandonment by the more powerful players of DN. Fellowship indicates that we are all friends, striving for the same goals while enjoying each others' company. And this is where Congandan comes in... The leaders of Ronin Fellowship left for another server leaving poor Congandan all along to fend for himself in a guild with no members. But he decided to stick with it and was soon awarded the rights to the leadership of the guild by Mythic.
