There are times in one's life that the thoughts and ideas that swirl through our minds must be given escape through the ink that flows from the pen. At these times, it doesn't matter if the words will ever be read by anyone else. All that matters is giving them the freedom to breathe, to stretch, to come alive. If, perchance, another's eyes and mind should alight upon these words and come away in some small measure, enlightened, or at least entertained, their sought for freedom is well earned.
