Bakura
Ryou Bakura is a transfer Student to Yugi's school. He is kind, gentle, and loves the card game of Magic and Wizards (aka: Duel Monsters). You wonder why he isn't best friends with Yugi since they have a lot in common. His favorite card is the Change of Heart, and is sort of like it too. He is a bit mysterious since no one really has gotten to know him. He makes friends with Yugi and co. on the Duelist Kingdom, but like Joey, Tristan, and Tea he wasn't legally on the island. His father gave him a golden ring when he was younger and learned it was called the Millennium Ring. His father said it had something to do with Duel Monsters but it was very ancient while the card game was brand new. Bakura always wears the Ring around his neck, but it may have been better if he just kept it in the attic. Bakura is a victim to ancient powers that belong to the Millennium Ring. He constantly is being controlled by a spirit who lives within the Ring. (Yami Bakura) He is forced to do almost anything the Ring tells him to do.
