† The scene opens in a small bar located somewhere in Tempe. The time is roughly around 1am. The bar is almost empty. In fact by the size of the crowed you would say that this is not one of the city's hot spots. The light in the bar is dim. Most of it coming from the beer signs in the window and above the bar. We walk threw the series of tables and head for the bar in the back of the room. It is a wall length bar with a large mirror behind it. You see the bar tender pouring a beer from the tap. He is a middle aged man, rather tall and slim with a bushy brown beard that matches his hair. His t-shirt reads 'The Library.' We guess that is the name of the place. We see the reflection of a rather large man in the mirror. He sits at the end of the bar. He is dressed in a black leather duster, a black t-shirt , old faded jeans and black biker style boots. As we get closer we see it is one Jacob Cross. Jacob's long dark red curly hair hangs in his face as he holds a glass full of brown liquid, swishing it around..We get close enough to hear him speak but he does not notice us yet.......

† Reflection... Is it really so bad?... Do the memories serve us in such a way we need to dull them out?...Am I sad?... Sad, no... Aggravation ?...Aggravation is a key to true insperation....Do I fell inspired?...

† Jacob stands up and hurls the glass towards the mirror behind the bar. It shatters a few bottles of whisky as well as part of the mirror. Jacob chuckles as he looks at the distorted image of himself in the broken mirror. The bar tender quickly makes his way to the end of the bar...

Hey Budd-!

† SHUT UP!

† Jacob quickly cuts him off as he stands up. A brooding menacing figure is one Jacob Cross. The bar tender quickly starts to get his distance...Jacob sits back down, but not before he sees the camera. His eyes glance at it, then looks back at his broken image in the mirror. He speaks without looking at the camera......

† You want to know how I feel. Should I gather my thoughts so you could jot them down? Should I elaborate on how it feels to be on the receiving end of a screw job?.........Well that is just to bad...

† Jacob turns on his bar stool to now face the camera...Those wild Hazel eyes peer at you as he speaks.....

† Instead I wish to fill you in on an experiment I have conducted ....The results at first baffled me but honestly now that I look back it all makes sense......Dan Divine and JJG share the same brain....Look at the facts. They are both spineless, witless. They both are void of any talent or any thing that might make them even remotely useful to society. I face one in the ring and the other shows up. Why? Because they are both thinking the same God damned thing.....I cannot beat Jacob Cross one on one.....How could two people think the same exact thing?.....Thay share the same brain, witch trust me does neither of them a favor ...

† Jacob now leans back on the bar......

† Divine, I have labeled you, but am I done with you?.....I guess you will just have to wait and see.....I may just sleep better knowing you are looking over your shoulder....

† Jacob now turns around, reaches behind the bar, he pulls a bottle of water out. He takes a sip then continues...

† Now I have Derek Lowe to look forward to.... While I may respect Lowe, Respect is something I cannot afford to dwell upon...In this farewell tour what does Lowe stand to lose? I on the other hand, on the receiving end of two screw jobs recently, stand to lose alot...

† Jacob takes another sip, the continues.....

You believe in fate, Derek? Fate has placed you at my mother fucking table. Im in a rather foul mood and now you stand in my way of getting back on track....So Derek Lowe, are you ready to stand in the shadow of your maker?

You see 4 police officers walk in the bar. They walk to the bar and you see the bar tender point at Jacob. Jacob chuckles, he stands up and walks towards them as the scene fades out.....
