Background & History: Videl is a badass tomboy who takes names and kicks ass. She meets Gohan at her High School and becomes friends, after figuring out that Gohan is Saiyaman, she tells him he has to teach her how to fly or else his secret is going to be told to everyone. She's not that strong in fighter wise but she is stronger than a super saiyan when it comes to negotiating (and blackmailing). However she is one of the few women I like that has short hair like that, it really fits her attitude. To me she's a near perfect mix of Brawn, Beauty and Brains. Of course I always think 18 will be the best ^_^
