Age: Not really sure, appearence wise I think she's 17 or 18, and in real time I think she's 2 (from when she was activated by Gene)

Background & History: Melfina is a very unique android. Unlike alot of android's who show almost little or no emotion, Melfina shows a ton of emotion. She cries, thinks about why she was created and alot more. Later on in Outlaw Star, she develops a love for Gene and wants to stay by his side. Gene probably dosent see that she's in love with him but he also falls for her and thus a romance brews up and blooms (that sounds corny huh?). Harry McDougal also falls in love with her but he treats her horribly, he even hit her! However Harry does change, when he goes to the Galactic Layline ***SPOILER*** he didnt care about the power of the Layline, he just wanted to be with Melfina. Sadly, he never acheived this dream. Melfina did show some compassion and kindness to Harry even though he treated her badly.
