To make them follow the same process as when making herbal sachets. Take herbs, grind vary slightly, empower, put about a handful in the center of a piece of cheesecloth, bring ends together and tie. Or you can use the loss method (which I don't recommend as its a pain to clean up, gets all over you, and can clog the drain) simply follow the first few steps only don't put into cheesecloth. You can make life easier by simply making a large batch and storing in an airtight jar or create many sachets.
To use them simply take the sachet and put into a clean tub filled with fairly hot water (don't worry it should cool enough by the time it's ready for use, if not letting it sit a little longer certainly wont hurt) and drop the sachet in. Wait about 10 min. (the water should be scented and somewhat colored). And bath in the same fashion as with bath salts.
With both salts and herb baths you can inhance the ritual with candles, incense, and ritual soap (see next page).
