Mist Soulkeepers Policies

1)

You can say what you wanna say, but lets be decent and repsectful, and not intend any ill will on any members of the guild. This guild is full of drama, but be responsible and mature, don't forget, behind the character is a real person with feelings and thoughts. Intentionally offending someone will result in consequences, from being stripped of looting privledges in a raid, or being put on probation, to being dismissed from the guild or even reported to a GM.

The best thing to do if someone offends you is NOT to start screaming at them in guild chat, send a tell saying nicely to them that they offended you, and if that does not solve it, talk to an officer who can mediate the situation. We don't plan to take sides or favor anyone and we will do our best to be fair.

I have seen personal feelings ruin the guild in the past, and I dont want to see it happen again. We're all here to play and have fun, dont ruin it by hurting people. Theres enuff hurt in RL, leave it there. Go to Norrath to get away from that.

2)

Please behave yourselves while traveling Norrath. What you do and say reflects the integrity of the guild as a whole. And people may report you to us. If this happens we will do our best to investigate the situation and get the facts before dealing with it. We all want our guild to be respected by others, and so we must show respect to others.

3)

Participate in the forums, and the guild events. We expect you to view the message boards. Keep a heads up on whats happening in the guild. How can you know what is going on when you dont read the forums ever. If you never pay attention to the forums and your name is never on there then why should you expect people to pay attention to you in the game when you need help with something. Same goes for participating in events, like raids and helping others with quests.

I like to help my guildmates, but if they are only out for themselves then why should I go out of my way for them? If someone asks the guild for help on there Epic and you dont show up but you are online, and you dont give a fair reason why, then you will prolly wont get any help getting your Epic. Its only fair.

We should all work together, we are a guild and should be united for common goals. The goals of your guildmates should be your goals too. If your just looking for a chatroom...log out and go find one.

4)

Dont expect to be PLed and twinked by high level people. If you need help, most of us will be more than happy to, and if someone offers to help you thats cool. But dont go around begging for it. The high level people had to earn what they have, why shouldn't you too? A lot of us will hapily give items or sell them cheaply to members, but dont expect it. Work on your beggin skill to beg from NPCs if you think you need to beg. Its just rude.

Like I said I like to help guildmates, but not if they act snotty and expect to be treated like they are more important than anyone else.

These are mostly just common sense and respect concepts, and it should not be hard to follow them. As long as everyone does, we will all have alot more fun =)
