Welcome to the Epic Story section.   Uh...Epic...Right...
[hem]
Anyways, here's where we've got the various prose features of the creative side of the site.  Some are more frequently updated than others, of course.

Serials

Miles from Nowhere is the original serialized story.  Currently under significant overhaul.  Link points to new version currently. Unfortunately, it's not an HTML right now. I'm too lazy to fix it up.  Last Update: 12/5/04.
Warnings: SF, dimension warping

Miss Fortune is another serial.  Currently on hiatus while MFN gets reworked.  Last Update: Launch.
Warnings: General Insanity, condones vengeance.

One-Shots

Homunculus 12/03 Character Sketch that might blossom into a full story...
Warnings: Slightly non-cynical

Train 12/03 Just a cool little scene description, written while bored.
Warnings: Slight symbolism, slight non-cynical undertones

Variation on a Fugue, No. 2 10/03 See the Poetry section for the rest of the Variation series.  The only prose version.
Warnings: More than slightly non-cynical.

Completed Stories

'Till It Shines is the story that started it all.  Originally written for an English class.  Modified for a Creative Writing class.  Not the best, but a fine read in the author's opinion.
Warnings: Drama, Fantasy elements, Poetic Justice, Teddy Bears going equipped for Bongo-playing.

Drivel

These are stories that I wrote a long time ago that I have now decided thoroughly suck.  However, I've posted them here for the sheer purpose of giving the bored something to do.

Hallowed Halls is a quick guided tour through the domains of Death.  An interesting concept that I may expound upon later, but not today.
Warnings: Contains Religion and Stream of Consciousness-like writing.

As the Stomach Turns was written with the goal of making as many blatantly insane and yet humorous characters as possible.  Moderately good, except the ending, which has as little punch as a Tai Chi novitiate.
Warnings: Contains wordplay, food, and general low-caliber material, even for me.
