The largest section of the site, the Ramblings are nonfiction tidbits, typically free-flow essays, of my thoughts.  Often eloquent, occasionally hilarious, and almost always sarcastic.  Read at your own mental peril.

"1 AM Archives"

Generally speaking, these are explanations of the inexplicable.  Or attempts at such.  Called the "1 AM Archives" because that's when the bizarre logic flows best.

Why HP? is the first 1 AM rant ever written.
Warnings: Video Game References, hilarity

Half Rants

These are the typical rants; mostly cynical and all overwhelmingly liberal.  Still, they contain good arguments in places.  Check the Warnings.  By the way, responses to anything in the ramblings section are greatly appreciated and may be posted!  Just e-mail them to me!

Thanksgiving Rant - NEW 11/04 This is surprisingly optimistic for me. Worth a read.
Warnings: Intensity, slight political allusions
Video Game Violence is possibly my favorite rant ever.  If you think you've read the book on Video Game Violence, think again.
Warnings: Logic, Stereotyping of Conservatives
View a reader's response to this rant. (Contains opposition)
A Fractitious Opinion is my first take on the "Same Sex Marriage" issue.  There may be more.
Warnings: Devil's Advocacy, Liberality
For the Love of Sanity is one of my many rants about the workings of the human heart/mind.  [Note: People think I'm bitter.  See Wiley's opinion in "Till It Shines."  That actually happened.]
Warnings: Cynicism, Sarcasm, and Logic
The Last Cut is my second-strongest rant.  It's dang good, if I do say so myself.  But I'll say no more...
Warnings: Intensity

"Full" Rants

These are the few properly researched rants.  Also known as "Research Papers."  Feel free to borrow my logic if you're researching any of the topics.

RIAA v. LoCoH, Pt. 1 (12/03) Score: 95%
State of Michigan v. British Literature (4/04) Score: 80%

Drivel

These are rants that I wrote a long time ago that I no longer agree with.  Gasp.  For the most part, they're garbage, but some prove points.

Tech-God-No expounds upon the evils of techno covers of classic rock songs.  Actually, this is still pretty relevant.
Warnings: Opinion only.
